My daughter was just finishing middle school and I wanted to make sure she knew about how serious sex was (pretty confident she knew the mechanics and where babies come from) so I rented a Kirk Cameron video from the local Christian book store, watched it with her (still remember the incredulous/embarrassed look on her face as I broached the subject). Summed it up with "all men are pigs" and "don't be in a hurry to grow up/some things are worth waiting for" and never brought it up again. Posted: 9/14/2008 12:48:37 AM The only one mentioning Obama's skin color is, well, Obama. Just like the Clinton's said, he's playing the race card and it will backfire. Posted: 9/14/2008 12:44:21 AM I think a major reason is the American courts are filled with activist judges. Americans vote for a ballot measure and then some judge decides to overturn the voice of the people. So many figure, "why bother?".
