my son is such a trip, not one day goes by that i dont crack up laughin at him lol one day we were in the livin room watchin sumthing bout dinosaurs.... he lovvvves dinosaurs... im so tired of them now cuz i watch it everyday lol ... well he decided he wanted to get up n get sums cookies from the kitchen. he knows to ask me for them cuz there lil up high n it was b4 dinner. so i sneak in the kitchen n watch him, he all climbin on chairs to reach the cookie jar. and im like heyyyyyy what u doin "boog" (nickname) hes goes to me. "gettin cookie...goooo mommy....dont see me" omg all i could do was laugh at him. mommy loves u boog!!!

hes not listed on the birth cert cus he wasnt around to even sign anything but its ok he does have the rights jus no so fast ya know.. all state laws are different i believe

thanks for the good luck i do need it. but child support is farrrrrr from being an issue i rasied my son n work 6 days a week. so money is no issue for me. i am going to give him a 2nd chance but its gonna take sum time.

wow im shocked myself to see how many respones on this one.... everyones got a point no doubt. but im my eyes right now his father wants to take his son now asap this is what he has told me. and my answer will be no. not till a relationship has formed between the 2 of them. and then to take my child to another state a big hell no. i dot mind him comin to visit like he wants but hes always has called our son a Fcking punk.. his first time seein his son.. becuz my son ran to me when he got hurt... "he should take it like a man" come on now he is 3 yrs old. i am all he has....of course hes gonna run to mommy i am who this child first saw when he was born. not daddy cuz he chose not to be around. grant it he wants to now all well good all children should know who both there parents are.. but what first he calls my son this.. then what.. my son goes to ny for the weekend and does something wrong.. what am i gonna see a hand mark or a bruise. you never know... my lil man is a smart child but doesnt know jack from paul.. my brother can ask tay am i ur daddy and he will shake his head yes.. so i want my son n his dad to spend him as in visitans for right now in the state of nj with me till my son understands hey this is my daddy. imma play with my daddy. then hey u can have him for the weekend. fine. but i did call myself a lawyer to see what grounds i have. and well he told me that in the state of nj... since hes been gone 3 years he does not have the right to take this child out of state. and i know his father will fight that and want him now but its not gonna happen ... he goes to me "what u get to make the decisons for our son?" " Fckin right i do.. as of now... u werent around to help me make choices for him, what name to give him what doctor he should have... this and that... who was around my my son had his seizures not you. he didnt run to u when he was in the hosptial " man oh man i need to end this or i will go on and on and on.... does anyone undertand how i feel

ok here i go. Im a single mother of a 3 year old boy. When i was pregnant he father left us. IT was a long distance relationship at that. Well after almost 4 years he now wants to play daddy!! Mind you he is now a stranger to my son. Now he wants to fight me for joint custidy and take my son to ny every other weeekend. Which i dont think he has the rights to do this only because hes been gone 3 yrs no child support no nothing.. so tell me.. what do u think. should this man be able to have joint custidy after being away for so long???...

Dont get me started on deadbeats!!! My sons father is what i call a dead beat. After being with him years. ended up pregnant and what does he do..leave. My son is now 3 and has yet to meet his father..
