Class action against Yahoo Personals and Match.com for fraud

"Yahoo news...reporting a Yahoo lawsuit? Can you say biased reporting?
They pin Match.com to the wall though."

That's a good example of why it's a bad idea to get all of your news from one source like Yahoo. And I have no doubt that there are many people who use it as their primary news source. I like news collector sites like Fark.com Slashdot.org and news.google.com when I don't open CBC. All of them have talked about this lawsuit though, and they're making almost as big a deal out of it as the Sony Rootkit Spyware scam that they aren't covering much because their reporters don't understand how big a betrayal it is.

"Whenever there's MONEY involved [online], you can count on a scam."
I usually tell people about the same thing; If you're paying for something on the Internet and you don't get a physical product from it that you can hold in your hand, it's a scam 99% of the time. I should have stuck to my words of wisdom instead of trying Yahoo for a month after someone emailed me. I signed up to email back, reasoning that it was simply an expensive way to try a blind date. Well either my response wasn't interesting, they got involved with someone else before I emailed back, or the person was a shill for Yahoo because they never responded.
If there's a class action website where people can find out how to be compensated when Yahoo settles out of court, could someone please post it? Thanks.
