cut up and cook chicken breasts, add sour cream & mexican blend cheese, diced green chili peppers, and black olives. pour 1/4 can enchilada sauce in bottom of pan roll chicken mixture into tortillas, cover with more cheese & rest of enchilada sauce, bake 25 min at 350. quick easy and yummy
