WHY DO WOMEN SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER
Posted: 5/12/2006 12:40:47 PM
did you call or write her? i let the men make the moves, shows interest. assuming that you were everything you said in profile, chat and by phone, and then you followed up after the date... she may have found something in your demeanor, looks, actions offensive. did you wear clothes? show up promptly? smelling good? clean? flowers? chocolates? good music? a jay for the sunset? were your kisses juicy and succulent or just plain out mushy and gross? you know... food in da beard? no one wants to eat again off a hairy face.... assuming you did not grope her and or expose something before decency allowed... and da food, smoke, company, music were good... ya got me?

did u see earl or failure to launch? where the guy dumps the chick if she gets too attached or clingy? earl even faked his death. apparently the closeness scares men away. sad but true.

makes perfect sense to me to be careful and onguard! having been attacked twice and lucky to be alive in this violent world, i believe one may never be too cautious. take self defense karate and let men know you have, be a bit scary!!!

and besides telling someone, write it down on your calendar, write it down in your purse, have all info on your computer, on your cell phone... ie leave a huge paper trail of who, what, when, why, where, how for every thing that you do! lock doors, windows, car doors. always have keys in hand to open doors, hooks to bra straps for your door key, car key is handy. have large dogs, take karate, learn self defense. in a life or death situation, it could save your life!!! never go somewhere with two or more guys you don't know!!!!!!! learn to scream, and don't feel stupid about self protection, it's called your inner voice... liston

(my son advised me, "mom, don't go there with him!")
oh! his reaction,...the date man replied ,he was riding his motor cycle and did not want to be cold!

date shows up wearing sweats...
Posted: 3/16/2006 9:23:46 AM
ok maui is casual, but nothing really beats a sharp dressed man! my date, a rather nice looking mature man, showed up in frumpy sweats and rubber sandals, previously known as thongs. we had a fun time and then at the end of evening i requested "sharp dressed man" by zztop be played and told him my feelings. if a man shows up in sweats on a 2nd date, it indicates a lack of interest in me. now i am just wondering if i did the right thing? ... ps other men were dressed in tommy bahama shirts, nice slacks and shiny black shoes, i was slightly embarrassed.

you have a choice of being a top or a bottom... the sex may be great but he is continuing the game into your personal lives and it will go on until you realize you are in control of your own life. it may take a few divorces for you to understand this, but you are certainly feeling it right now. so what are you going to do about it? besides posting here?

high vs. low Maintence
Posted: 3/13/2006 9:21:12 PM
define high and low maintenance please? a man wrote me with a profile that mentioned wanting a low maintenance woman, not once but twice. so i wrote back and asked for a definition. his was that low maintenance meant that she was easy to get along with. to which i again asked well that depends on how i am treated, how do you treat women? hmn just shows how slight wording might lead the way for various interpretations and should always be clearly defined before conclusions are jumped. to...

Nearly a bar fight...

having lived with an intimidator who is dead now i wonder if she knew he would be there. i could not date while he was alive as he followed me and my dates around and intimidated us both so much they never came back. he was only 6'5and 275 lbs so no one in their right mind would mess with him. he knew he was scary, played on it and ran with a posse of similarly big macho types. yes, i think she played you and placed you in danger by instigating, but this could be why.

Can you sleep when you are cuddling?
Posted: 3/8/2006 8:51:21 AM
sleep history: once exhub and i fell asleep head to head, woke up feeling odd, asked what he dreamed, we shared same exact dream. think maybe brain waves should not sleep in that close of proximity. 2nd incident... punched in face during sleep, exbf said he had a bad dream. 3rd... attacked during sleep, pinned... result= very difficult sleeping with someone.

if mr boston is truly a wanna be counselor.. he best learn that "you" statements are not currently held as practical method of operation in the helping-healing process. they serve to belittle the subject and close communication. since all of his statements above start with you, i have to wonder...

I need some Advice on this one
Posted: 3/5/2006 8:16:45 PM
dearest woodster, do you realize how many use this ploy in order to have their cake and eat it too? it is very common for married men to say oh that woman that lives in my house and has my children means nothing to me... we don't even sleep together! haven't you seen that michael douglas- glenn close psycho **** movie or play misty for me. a jilted lover is capable of many things and though you think its fine, your ex may not, therefore endangerering your new love. women must draw the line somewhere, and sex with your ex in the house is just too uncomfortable... daddy who's that naked lady in our bathroom?
