i don't think it should have been a police matter which results in arrest. it was a CIVIL matter. the police should have taken there name and address and given it to the owner who could then take them to SMALL CLAIMS COURT. that's where this should have gone!!!!! i disagree STRONGLY about our restaurant system and tipping. i think the servers should be paid minimum wage and the prices set for the food AT A RATE WHERE THE OWNER MAKES A PROFIT. NO TIPPING!!!!!!!!! i tip as little as possible, 5% or 10% . it's THEIR JOB TO SERVE ME. if the service sucks i don't return.

this is the OP. thanx for the responses. i just figured adding the largest city around your small town would help someone CASUALLY browsing which is what i do at times. not interested enough to go to mapquest or google, but just saying "i wonder where that is." for the person who asked, Youngstown is almost exactly in between Cleveland and Pittsburgh near the Ohio Pennsylvania border. hello to my fellow buckeye who now lives in Wexford Pa outside of Pittsburgh. i'd like to make a suggestion. how many times have you looked at the profile's city and never heard of it? when i look at a profile, many times i have no idea where that person lives in relation to me other than the state. ~~~~HERE'S WHAT I HAVE DONE. next to my town i list the largest city next to it. so in my profile i write Brookfield (near Youngstown), Ohio. that gives the viewer who may not know where Brookfield is an idea if it's really far away or near. most of us know the towns in a 25 mile radius but sometimes not farther away. does anyone think this is A GOOD IDEA that will catch on with people who don't mind knowing where you live and help you to orientate you to them?
