As far as the enemy of my enemy, many times differences are set aside, friendships or coalations have been built between moderate enemies to fight much worse ones. Heck we probably have almost all done it at one point or another never even thinking about it.

My experience with Mac was not to great. After all of the hype ended up using the mac system down in DC. My impression was it was no better than windows, both suck in my opinion. They crashed just as much as any of my windows pc's or laptops. Wasnt impressed at all.

I actually don't keep any food in my house anymore and it has helped a lot. Now yesterday i could not resist there was fruit (jarred) on clearence dirt cheap. So i bought it all and now that the craps in my house i keep eating it. You have to find what works for you, this is what works for me.

If the way to run that tax, wich by the way is BS was NADA then how come when you go through a toll booth they tax by the axle? That seems to be at least a little more logical, more tires to the ground more wear. Taxes are completely out of control anyway. I do everything in my power to screw them out of getting my money. I look for any way to reduce the rates i can. The worst part is if there were actual results of our taxes being used i would be fine with it.

I throw my money on the first post, dehydration will make you cramp and want to vomit after a while. You shouldn't have to have a bottle of water on the ledge in order to mae it through a simple 2 mile run like you see so many people doing.

If you can't get a pilot program in them you can go always go warrant officer or something in the army as well and fly. The physical standards are high for pilots is the problem, not to mention math. By physical i mean more along the lines of eye sight, hearing and all.

I wish people would realize that 90 percent of Wal-marts products are absolute trash. Sure go and buy a table for 25% less than a furniture store, then in 2 years go buy another, and another and another. People think their Electronics such as TV's are priced lower but they are lower because they are low end models. One of my friends went out , bought one of those Vizio's. It broke, and to no suprise there is no real customer service in the US. He called, got some joe blo on the phone. Every few weeks, ONE tech visits an area and it is like a 400 dollar minimum charge to start. If you add up a 5 year dollar amount what wal mart shoppers have spent and what i have spent will be pretty close. The difference being i have solid wood tables,chairs and such that are still like brand new while the wal-mart shopper is ready to replace everything again.

I couldn't manage over the road but one thing is for sure. Having your CDL can save your booty because you can get a job in an hour if it comes to it. Anyway good points made about OTR. I drove two kinds of local haul, roll off dumpsters and concrete. Both jobs are absolutley fun, i enjoyed them very much. I did the roll off's to get the experience and make what cash i could waiting for the concrete wich paid over twice as much and had beni's. 10 wheeler positions are fun to. If you can get some experience then get in with UPS or such they pay extremley well.

Attraction issue aside, when my hair was longer i really did run into amazing instances of discrimination. I don't mean name calling. I just mean how people treated me in general. But what i liked about that was it instantly weeded out people i obvioulsy don't want anything to do with.

I have yet to figure out exactly what they mean by their decision with fighting around civilian houses. I'm almost sure until we talk with someone right there ,right now there will be no clear answer. Those who believe the media is ever correct well.... Secondly we have had our hands tied from day one wich has been one of the biggest obstacles fighting.

It's still producing the drug so i fail to see how it's legal. Beyond that point though this one sounds like it will wear itself out if it is as dangerous as it says. Won't be long before cold medicine is prescription only again driving up medical cost for the uninsured and raising the cost of insurance premiums for those who have it.

I almost think the only people that understand his actual point of view are the ones that share the same point of view. Sharing that same point of view i know exactly where his thought is on it. It's almost like valentines day,new years or something. It's only insanely important to so many because we made it that way. If diamonds were to disappear tommorrow, other than investors and such there would not be much impact on the world. It's just hard for people like us to understand how some people can go out and get rings that end up with a monthly payment as much as their car can do that. Don't tell me thats how guys feel, i know plenty of girls who think it's stupid as well.

modern, even older cars coast a long time . Why do people go like hell to stop signs then slam on the brakes? try letting off the gas WAY earlier, you'll be suprised. Also if you are coming to a red light you see ahead let off way early and try to wait for it to be green while your still at speed. Not only does it save gas it is actually fast since you never stopped. Stay back from traffic if there is a stupid driver in front of you going 50, then 40, then 50.. all that speeding up and slowing down is eating gas. Just hang back a hundred yards and do a steady 45, saves a lot. My blazer is rated 15 city, 20 highway. Even in my town of hills i still get over 20 in town, my best highway ever i scraped 34 mpg. I bought a scan gauge, was about 140 bucks and has paid for itself over and over.

Yes and putting my seatbelt on is intent to crash. By not protecting yourself you are the only one to blame for making yourself a victim. I doubt taking away the legal right to carry will slow down your chance to be a victim by 1 percent. Weapons already have limitations,try walking into a bank,police station,bar or airport with one and see where that lands you.

I'm glad people think the only ones that should be allowed to intimidate and scare are the police on civilians,great idea.

It still amazes me that people look up to and believe such media hype they believe if they come to america they have about a 50/50 chance of being shot dead. You still have quite a bit better chance of being killed by a drunk driver than homicide by firearm here sorry. Not to mention a lot bigger of a chance of being killed in a regular motor vehicle accident. But i don't see threads about americas bloody highways anywere.

Every girl i started getting even remotely serious with while in the Army i made sure to explain again and again what they were in for. Regardless of virtualy every MOS or your job your going to lose your man or woman for weeks at a time for training. Lose them on weekends for duty stations, and lose them for 12+ months for deployments over and over.

Hmm whats so sacred about a 200 year old document. Well lets see without it the police could walk in my house right now for no reason. While here they could tell me to shut up, arrest me. They could take away my firearms (just part of the relavance) Oh then we'll say i opened my mouth, got into a altercation, got arrested So i'm off to jail , they charge me with battery against the police. I get a trial, get off.. Oh but wait without the constitution they decide to try me again because now there is no law against it. Now i'm found guilty and sent to 60 years because it so happened that the judge is an ex cop and there is now nothing to stop him from doing so. 1,2,4,5,8. Those admendments all gone in there. Sorry, we'll keep with it.

Again if that didn't happen when we jumped on earth and did not match the atmoshperes speed we would land hundreds of miles from our origional launch

You can owne a 20 mm legaly through the same paperwork . Anything over .50 caliber is registerd as a destructive device wich is great because the stamp is 5 bucks not 200. Where to safely shoot it? Somewere with a backstop like you should any rifle.

I just said not only is comparing two countries futile but that the only thing posted are the gun statistics, not total crime, not other crime .But once again. I was just on nationmaster and notice how the overall crime stats showing the UK higher than the US was not mentioned. That was my point on minimum wage , the problem with minimum wage jobs is they are not meant to support families or drive a new car . As you said raising it raises the cost of simple products,we all pay. But thats a different thread altogether.

I love the stats gun grabbers use for their cause. Their argument is plain and simple,that the mere existence of guns is the issue and cause for crime and deaths. Where are the total crime statistics? They act as is there is no relation to overall crime. And wait, Japan with the some of the most strict gun control in the world has over 30,000 suicides and hold on. How can countries that issue fully automatic weapons to their population have less firearm murders than Canada or the UK? All of these have to do with culture,upbringing,social setting and so on. Comparing two countries for any other reason is worthless. Getting rid of crime by banning guns will do about as much as getting rid of poverty by banning minimum wage jobs.

Updated maps are hard to find. I got one off a brand new program that was 80 bucks (thank god i didnt buy it) and the area i printed out showed roads that have been gone for 50+ years and doesnt show roads that have been there r40+ years. I know the declination is off as well, i only went 600 meters and was 75 meters off my destination point!

If she has a female friend that knows a hell of a lot more about cars than a male friend than by all means bring her. But most salesman and such will assume that a male counterpart will probably know at least a bit more than her about it. I can call and tell them they should have all of the confidence in the world but it won't do a thing for their bank accounts. This is just like the ridiculous racism argument. White guy gets arrested ,nothing follows, black guy does it is racism. I go with my friends to help them pick out the right bike or shooting gear all the time, thats ok but now if i go with my female friends to help them it is sexism. And with this being the same pointless discussion as racism it goes nowere . Dave out, nothing to follow.

If i suggested women not walk home alone at night because they are generaly not as strong as men would that be sexism as well? Give me a break, and i missed where she took the man.
