I agree that cats should be licenced one of three things could happen on my property involving cats 1) my dog chases it off, so far with pooch on board the other two things don't happen 2)live trap with cat nip in it then take to the SPCA or call them 3)a large mouse trap with catnip in it I don't agree withthe below the reason dogs need to be licenced is that they are more intimidating to ppl and by larger part do greater harm to sociatey

in CANADA HAS ANYBODY HEARD OF A THING CALLED AN EX-CLAUSE --in reguarding splitting up in a relationship. my jist of it is one starts the paper work that leads to a separation of the couple. then in two years plus a day the S/O is servered papers for a court date . opinions please thanks

to the OP and others I did not read all posts when kneading the dough and you think your done take a small ball of dough flatten it and pull it ...... it should be able to streach to a translucent thinness with out ripping if it rips keep kneading

property inspections can be done monthly as anything dealing with your property. JUST have to give 24hr notice also drive by's can be done put the inspection info in the lease agreement

I say if the kid is a juvenille why not target the parents. to recover the costs. when adults they should hit their welfare cheque, if on it while at it they should be waaaaaaaaaay more stricter with the penalties start giving the maximum and forget the good behaviour program.make them STAY in jail
