I used to drink tonnes of coffee and I used at any time of the day, I never had trouble sleeing but was often tired in the day. I didn't have any adverse affects that I was aware of but decided to cut back (to much of anything is not good!). I stopped drinking it for two weeks and whilst i stopped I had bad headaches, was constantly tired and grumpy. After the two weeks the headaches had gone and I didn't feel tired anymore. Now i try to have no more than 2-3 cups a day and drink tea instead mmm, cofffee - I do miss it though

I always wear a condom at the start of a relationship, i think they are essential until you get to know and trust someone. However, i hate wearing them and would never wear one in a committed relationship. I have had two longer term relationships in the past (2 years and 8 years) and with both of them i didn't wear a condom after the 3-6 month point. In terms of "did you cum?" I always make noise as I build up to orgasm. It's my way of saying "Warning! I'm going to cum unless you want me to hold back". In practice though no one has ever asked me to hold back. I find that ladies get excited when they know you are going to cum, it's when you silently finish and role over they get pissed off

not including foreplay intercourse breaks down into three categories for me (personally) quicky = 2-3 minutes average = 5-6 minutes long and slow sessions = 10-15 minutes There is also a 4th cat - the super quickie which is around 30 seconds - 1 minute but I have only ad a handfull of these, normally when you have not had sex for a long time!

I have been single for a while now (2 years) but was with my ex 9 years. For most of the 9 years it was about 4 nights a week. Sometimes I wanted more, sometimes less but norally 4 nights a week. I think we had the balance right as she was always willing when I wanted it.

I think some of the problem is in the mind and is down to expectations. Sometimes guys (all guys) come quickly. I used to always worry about how long i would last and tried all kinds of tricks to last longer but to be honest it ruined the sex and made me come quicker. Then i had a partner who took it as a great compliment when i came quickly. After a while i started to relax and just enjoy sex with her. For a while there was lots of quick sex but the more i relaxed the longer i lasted. Obviously there are still times where it happens a bit quick but i now accept it. Keep encouraging your bf - hopefully he will get over it and then it will improve.

I absolutely hate condoms but accept that in a new relationship they are a must. It sounds like as you haveboth been tested you have taken sufficient precautions. Im sure if you talk to your bf he can ot wait to take it off. Personally, as soon as i know the relationship is going somewhere i would go for tests with my partner. I use condoms during new relationships but never during long term commted ones.

I have to hold my hands up it happens to me sometimes, I think it happens to all guys sometimes. I think a woman should take it as a compliment. It happens when you feel so close to her and she makes you feel so aroused that it just happens and from experience my gfs have said it makes them feel sexy to know they have made me feel like that/ Sex should be natural; there is a time and a place for both quick and long sex. If we all had to have sex for hours every time would we still enjoy it or have it as much?
