Hmmm. When I was 16 my mom's friends used to hit on me. I don't think they wanted to marry me so it must have been just to fug. Anyway, young guys learn about older women at an early age. Not all older women want to fug young guys, but there are just enough out there to keep the dream alive.

I do not always have time to reply right away but will as soon as it is possible A mere suggestion; Don't read your mail until you have time to answer it. I have unread mail in my box because I don't have time to answer them right now. If I read and don't answer, that seems selfish (to me). They can see I took the time to read, but not to answer. Not cool (to me anyway). If I mailed smeone, I would not like to see "read" and no response or worse, read/deleted with no response. Remember the Golden Rule? Just my thoughts.

I've been on here for quite awhile and I had my photo up almost the entire time. My age is fairly obvious from the photo, but with a photo and exact age posted, I can easily be identified (particularly if I state my profession). I don't want that. No issues with SCPD and I'm not married/seeing anyone. Just my preference. Also, I've been to Glendale. SC is much more beautiful and fun. Anyway, brilliant lyrics.

she found several personal ads online ~ of her fiance's (all current ads and representing that he was single and very much looking to meet someone. Must be a different case. Anyway, If they found for her based on fraud, there was likely evidence of the above that existed before he proposed / contracted. This would equate to intent to defraud her at the time of contracting. The result makes sense then. But, if all the ads were posted after the proposal it would likely not prove intent to defraud at contracting, and the ads would not constitute breach of contract. Not to beat a dead horse, but I am curious as to this distinction. Any info re when the ads were placed? Thanks.

If it is the case I read, he was still married when he proposed. The ct said he was not able to enter into a valid contract for marriage while married, therefor the ring was not an engagement ring, but a mere gift of a ring (a gift can't be retracted). If he was legally capable of marrying, there would have been a binding contract inwhich keeping of the ring would be condition to a ceremony. If there was a binding contract she would have lost the ring for breach of contract in this case because she broke it off. Also, infidelity is not actionable during an engagement period (in most states).
