Posted: 4/28/2009 3:56:07 PM I am addicted to it. anybody else crazy about it? if so, post your five faves. 1- Brie Champignon - This is a brie cheese with mushrooms in it. Very hard to find but tastes amazing. 2- Fresh Mozzarella - I used to make it at a salumeria when I lived in N.Y.C., could live of this. 3- Red Leicester - The best cheddar England has to offer. I once payed $50 for a small piece of it at Balduccis in N.Y.C .! 4- Saint Agur - Some people get freaked out by mold, they dont know what they are missing!
