Hey dude. Sounds tough. My eating plans are a little different; I eat to gain weight not to lose it. I dont know if this will help but once Im awake I'll task the brain to it and see what I get. I am curious what the community will say though. I see alot of what garbage eating in your diet. You got chips, cake, mac and cheese popcorn and, and um .. well juice and breaded chicken. LEARN TO COOK, GROW UP AND LOOK AFTER YOURSELF. Thats the advise I gave my fav. aunt who asked me a similar question and I love her. I didnt check your profile I dont know what you do for living. I'll break down what I eat it might help. Try something sugary BEFORE your meals. Nothing huge or overboard. The sugar before your real food will increase your metabolism and aid your body in processing nutrition throughout the day. Corn Flakes are garbage, try something nutty with lots of granola, there's a tonne of protein and nutrient in it and it will fill you up. Go grocery shopping, buy those premade salads and some kitkats. Your first meal break of the day. Two chunks of kitkat, 1/3 bag of salad, throw in some croutons, dress it LIGHTLY as you wish. And then eat an apple. Lunch: Something sweet but not the rest of that kitkat. Have 2 cookies, I like the white oreos. Another 1/3 of that salad as before. Throw down a sandwich use some flax bread, light mayo and dressings, 2 thin slices non-processed cheese. eat an apple or an orange. 3rd break of the day just like the first. Now please recycle that salad bag and the kitkat wrapper. Have something similar to lunch for your 4th and 5th meals. Eat till you not hungry, not till your full. I'll consume maybe 3 times that amount in a regular day. I'm a tradesman, W ork long hard days and need it for fuel. Your own amounts depend on your lifestyles, and you will probably have to change that as well. Become more active; walk, my friend, walk. I hope that helps, I'm full of nutritional recipes and advise I'll happily share if you should need it. Have good days man.

I think love is only true love if it is eaqually given and returned; then for me it unconditional. I've experienced true love twice now. I can call it true love because even today with the relationships over and the distances between us I can still think of them and have to smile. And I know they do the same. Let's talk about this woman the OP found. The one that had 'sex' as an intrest. What did you think? Deviant? Great-date? Whore has been tossed around more than once. along with a plethora of other horrible names. What a bunch of presuptious ers you guys are. It says sex is an intrest, it says nothing about why. What if I told you that woman was a single,almost full-time working mom, pushing her 9th year through university, reaching for her doctrate in Human Relations and her thesis was something about cultural and sex and thats why she listed 'sex'. Now lets look at yours... How many people in;.. " Squamish, Pemberton, Mt Currie and other communities...' ; do you think actually work within the downtown core. I wouldn't count; ... 'come into town to get to receive emergency medical treatment at a major hospital, see a specialist..." as anything to do with recreating. And most people that go to the airport are doing it for some reason relating to a vacation except those few people that fly for a living. My point is that is just another tax on the working people in the downtown area. j

To be honest ric man I wouldnt suggest that you do. Too many people put up too many restrictions and limit themselves far too much. Like you; I have been single a long long time. It's not going to happen right away and on the internet probably not very likely to happen at all. If I wanted to get know someone at the lunch table that sounds like something I might do. Things to consider. Presuming he made a move; what were his intentions? Do people looking for reviews come off to you as insecure or unconfident. Those are those 'RATE MY PICS' people. Wrong forum, now lets get started. Common problem paragraphing. I openned it up, my eyes blead, I closed it. Dont script to yourself about what you should or shouldn't write in your profile section anywhere at all at anytime. Just write it. The only place that should have a list of ones negative qualities is somewhere in ones study area as part of an effort to identify and map a way to confront them. Certainly not in your profile. Remove everything from 'Who am I looking For' t o "... compliment my life." Maybe re-word. I dont know. It's just wrong. Consider those suggestions and act as you see fit. j

Um.. great . So where's the picture that will actually let the women know what you look like? From what I can piece together your at least somewhat of an attractive man. Use it. Nice picture, smiling.. sort of full head upper body sort of view. Leave your shirt on, dont blow a kissy face at the camera and cheezy 'I shot myself with my cell phone in my bathroom' type shots never work for anyone I might consider removing things like; I'm shy, I dont play mind games; that sort of stuff. While not creating a negative picture it doesnt really convey a positive one. You don't really talk alot about you, which I think is what most women would want to know. You work in the film industry is really intresting, elaborate on that. good lock j

Well those same people that are travelling to their SECOND multi-million dollar home are the same people that make the rules for things like which roads need to be tolled. Why would they toll those roads that they travel? If the public coffers are now being used to pay for most of the new bridge upgrades to the downtown core; why is the public going to have to pay to use them? I've been through what she is going through and put girlfriends through what your going through. And in the end I think everyone handled it wrong. If you like her the best thing you can do is just give her space and time. Trust me when I she needs it. But what she also needs is good support and thats where you come in. Let her come to you. ummm looks around Is it safe to answer this.??? I'll answer this with some honest background. I would consider myself a fairly good looking guy, I wouldn't consider myself cough poorly endowed, nor would I call myself inexperienced in the bedbroom (or the kitchen or the closet or the bathroom or the patio) bear with me I'm trying to be funny here. As a single guy I have to say I dont really enjoy porn, I guess it reminds me of what I dont have but I do enjoythe female form at its best so yes, I do look at it. I know a couple women like this and its a game they play. I have a rule, I'll contact a woman three times; if I get no responce I wont call back, I do this with my guy friends as well. Some people (male or female) get off on being chased. Its flattering. That being said those same people are going to be 40+ single and wonderring why they seem so lonely. I figure if someone cant be botherred to return a call then they are not worth my time. I think as well that your comment goes both ways. Male or female I've seen this done all around. Perhaps they just cant say they're not intrested, (dont want to come off mean). Perhaps they are too busy, ( and this does happen) but still if they're still busy after 3 calls on 3 seperate days then they're too busy for me. I hope that helped. j
