When I moved into my new house, by way of warning, my neighbor directed me to the website that showed there was a sex offender on the street. As it turned out, the gentleman in question was a 26 year old man, living with his parents and his son. He actually has custody of his son, but because the mother was a minor, he was convicted of statutory rape.
