Porn. Who's watching it?Page 2 of 6    (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)
I like watching porn on my friend’s computer when we are all over at his place, especially when someone new is there, guy or girl. I love creating weird situations.... the only problem is all my friends are used to me by now.

I have come to the conclusion that most people are sicko's and either they embrace it or they just try and deny and repress it. I make sweet love to my internal sicko and create a beautiful union of mind, soul, expression, and insanity.

Porn is, what it is, some people use it to get off, some people use it to get in the mood. Then there are some people who need it or they would explode.

I like exploding but come on after the first 20 or 30 times you start getting funny looks.

I just watched Gattaca, it's been awhile. Man that movie is moving. I know that has nothing to do with porn, but I am rarely relevant and or coherent.

I can't wait until virtual porn, with stim sense devices..... then it's smooth sailing until the banning of porn in 2012 by the no pornstar left behind act.

"Porn" was never meant to stimulate, per se, but rather to aid folks in breaking down barriers, and instill a sense that living out dreams and fantasies is okay.

I dont believe that porn was made to make us feel better about acting out our fantasies. So the men that watch this, go to their wives and say, hey I saw this movie and they were doing this here, so lets live out our fantasy.
More realistically, the man masterbates to the movie without the wife knowing, imho. "

Porn was meant to make money for it's creator.....PERIOD. Any positive affects are bonuses for fans....but to suggest that makers of porn were motivated by anything but profit is stretching it IMO.

Not me,why?
-Because,at one time,I started getting into it to much.
I was getting into my little fantasy about 2 or more girls and one
guy(me),and I started thinking this is not the real world.I did not want
to base/compare real life experiences to fantasy.

The implication that those of us who are/ were or plan on being a part of the adult entertainment industry are in it/ own it/ create it for the sole purpose of making money is bogus.

I recently sold my business of two years. At the end of two years, I might have broken even. Yeah, I made money. I have bills to pay, and I like to eat. I earned about 40K a year while I was running my business.

I have opened 7 businesses in the last ten years. All required a solid business plan, and financing. Of course, my adult business was no different. However, I got into the adult entertainment industry because I am fascinated by it, enjoy it, watch it, buy it, participate in it and many more reasons.

Most people, I suppose, would be surprised to find that the majority of adult business owners do not make a "killing". In fact, there are only a handful of AEI businesses that make oodles of money.

Most of us run our companies with integrity, and treat our employees the way they deserve to be treated: medical insurance, paid vacation, profit sharing, etc.

I will stick to my guns. The initial intent of all adult entertainment is just that, entertainment. The force behind it for me, and most of the rest of us, was/ is to expose different sexual ideas in the hope that social barriers, legislative barriers and fears be broken down so that we may all freely and consciously do what we like to do.

I was thinking about that last nite and came to this conclusion. Like it's been said before in this thread, porn is made to make money and it's aimed mainly at males and I would even go as far as saying that it's aimed more at single males. Porn however is adapting to new mentalities and they are starting to aim porn at females and couples also and it is working a bit in my opinion.

On the other hand, saying that porn as no influence on society would be wrong. I believe that the porn industry is also setting trends in our sexual lives. If we go back in time, lets say the early 80's or late 70's for example, you did not see much anal, if any, you didn't see women swallow, or very little, you didn't see shaved bushes, DP etc. and you didn't find that in everyday life either in any normal couple. Then came deep throat and porn evolved a bit and so did sex in the normal world. Later on, men in pornos started shooting their loads in women's mouth or on her face instead of simply cuming on their tits or ass etc. and so on....

Nowadays, you see everything in porno, anal, facials, swallowers, spitters, DP, Anal DP, Vaginal DP's and some of these have already becoming popular in the normal world like swallowing, anal etc.... the porn industry not only influences us adults up to a certain extent, it also influences the teenagers too. I remember seeing a doctor on tv saying that he was once asked by a 12 year old girl if she had to get it in every hole when having sex......

Porno = sex Ed too for many young males....... I mean, we all know that Sex Ed at school sucks the big one (no pun intended) and that most of us never really got much Sex Ed at home from our parents either so where to young bucks turn for Sex Ed.......Porno of course. It's far from being the Sex Ed teenagers need but it is still better than nothing........although it could shater ones sexuality real quick if the teenage boy thinks he should be able to f*ck for 30 minutes non stop before shooting his first load........Boy isn't he in for a surprise, specially on his first time ever lol.........

Anyway, Porno is a Billion dollar industry and more and it has more influence on us then were ready to admit...

sorry for the long post

I've always liked some porn. But I also worry about how porn is effecting our youth. I mean for me, porn was sneaking peaks at my dad's playboys. And the day I found a penthouse, I thought I died and went to Heaven.

Now, porn is pretty accessable to everyone -- including kids. A friend of mine still lives in the town I went to college in. And he employees a number of college kids and since he's close to the same age (he's 31), they're all pretty close. The tell him stories of 3 girls taking on six guys, gang bangs, girl on girl, etc. Now I went to the same college and had my share of fun. there were 3-somes from time to time but they were rarely discussed -- and very rare. Now's it's a lot more open.

I'm not saying it's bad or good. Cause I really don't know. I just wonder if this generation will treat sex as very inpersonal. And if so, I wonder what effect readily accessable porn is having.

I like watching porn as long as the sound effects are good, I like hearing moaning and groaning and sex sounds get me going right away, but if there is corny music and a chinease girl screaming **** the aisan girl, and me so horny then turn it off because that's stupid.

Pornography is degrading and little more than an opiate for the disjointed cretins of society. I used to look at pornography, until I awoke to the degradation it has on the female psychi. The porn industry is a catalyst towards moving in the other direction of the rights of women. You can argue all you want that it is a two sided coin, that there is male and female pornography, but which one is profitable? You guessed it.

^What? You need to get out son, you're spending too much time up in the deep thought tree.

Being a lateral thinker, I am more inclined to think at the deep end of the pool. Without being insulting you, I have to say you are thinking in the shallow end of the pool.

Porn rocks. Nothing wrong with it. Well, as long as nobody is actually getting hurt (in a bad way, tee hee) Hell, I don't respect pornographers who just grab a video cam and shoot but dammit all , porn is manna from heaven

Pornography is nothing but eye candy to a world of disorder and abuse. Do you not at all understand the predicament of these women, or should I say girls, because for the most part they are barely above the age of 18. Unless you are watching "Milfs" who are probably little over the age of 30, except have contracted a consortium of venereal diseases from the low-life scum that they have sex with, you are more than likely watching young women. What message is given to young women when they see themselves in pornography?

My sister once caught me looking at pornography. At the time I was 16 years old, and she was 15. She said to me, that is absolutely disgusting, and abhorrent. To me, it was all the same. A girl here, a girl there. They were nothing but useless meat. The more you look at porn, the less you think of women. The coinciding of sexual assault and pornography is almost undeniable. Women are treated the way they are because men, chauvinistic pigs, put them in videos where they are portrayed as vile cum sucking whores. Contrary to the depiction of women in porn videos, they are just as human as we males are. Now, instead of watching pornography: go out and get a real woman.

@Avraham - Spoken like a true 19 year old. Your argument could be said about anything. In fact, it has been said in nearly the exact same way about television and organized religion specifically. How about video games? They are the opiate of disconnected people lacking social skills. That's a ridiculous statement, but it could be said. How about sports? They are the opiate of competition-based persons seeking fleeting glory through banal physical exertion. Again, ridiculous but could still be said. I could go on and on all day but I think you get the picture. I mean no disrespect to your position at all because there it has a basis for a decent argument (except for that part about "eye candy for a world of disorder and abuse," that's just stroking your own intellectual cock) but it sounds (and this is just my opinion) like you've heard someone else say it and are just parroting it because you thought it was cool.

Man....some people really know how to take the fun out of a thread. This is supposed to be entertaining but then some people just have to take things way to seriously.
Personally I agree with Gotapulse. That post was, in a nutshell, extremely well said.
If you like it, do it (as long as it hurts no one)
If you don't like it, don't f*cking do it.
And don't knock other people for their tastes.

o.t. I prefer the amateur stuff...girl on girl mostly. I've got my own c*ck...don't feel the need to see some other guys. The "professional" stuff is far too cheesy..especially with it's attempt at a plot. "The girl next door" seems much more real.
My ex and I loved watching it. She was very conservative but surprisingly it was her idea to watch it. ( I corrupted her well )

Unfortunately, living here in the bible belt, it's nearly impossible to find any GOOD material. Everything here is basically "Skinemax" material. Play on words (For those who don't know...Cinemax is a cable movie network that shows extremely softcore late night)
May need to take a trip to Texas for new material.
