well as a woman with natural DDs i already have the experience of shallow men who are drawn to my cleavage rather than who i am as a person. i don't mind when guys check me out, the gravitational pull of my breasts on a man's eyes is actually a source of amusement for me. so my choice would be breast reduction if i wanted to avoid that attention, and frankly i see no reason for it...because the shallow people will simply find some other physical feature to judge me on.

what i do object to when it comes to breast augmentation is the unrealistic expectations it sets for men. let me break it to you, real DDs are not the gravity defying water balloons you see on the chest of your average porn star...so take a dose of reality. if you like plastic perfection that's fine, but just realize that your attraction isn't for the breasts of a real woman but rather for a silicone or saline filled fantasy. there are a lot of risks associated with breast augmentation, and the implants may need to be replaced every 10 years or so, this of course means more scarring and surgery...and we all know how sexy that can be. frankly is it really worth it?

I've seen this topic go by three or four times now, and been trying to think of something to say ...

... and decided I just don't care.

False advertising? Unless the falsies are detachable, I don't see it. If a guy is fixated on big boobs he should be happy the woman is motivated enough to get implants. They have a serious interest in common, which might become a shared hobby.

Implants after a mastectomy? If they make her feel good, great, get them. I wouldn't think differently of her at all if she did or didn't do it.

I don't care about bust size personally, but you probably guessed that.

Okay, I admit I tend to be more attracted to women blessed with somewhat more than a mouthful.

As my dearly departed mom once said:

Breast augmentation is unfounded insecurity. Who ever said the more powerful mammary protruding was ever more attractive than a delicate assemblage of cleavage, would have to be one of those members of the male species addicted to making propeller sounds!

What about the false advertising with the blokes that stuff socks down their crotch in some of these photos! Or the sucked in look where they are trying to get you to count their abs. You can imagine that the person who took the photo might be yelling "Code Blue" at any time. Or the Grecian Formula look where they forgot to dye their facial hair to match the last 3 remaining hairs on their head.
C'mon the blokes are just as capable of putting a bit of icing on cake.
Bottom line is it's her body and should she have to tell you all the personal things about her body or ask your permission? I don't think so.

How Men Really Feel About Breast Implants
By Tom Chiarella

Good implants look more than real; they look miraculous and animated—firm, elevated, shaped. They seem unimported, wholly of the woman. The word you want to use is incredible. Cheap implants, on the other hand, look painful and cartoonlike. They make the breast look flipped up, appended. The skin is stretched too tight, giving every inch of the grape the tactile feedback of a grapefruit. The word here? Unbearable. I know men who claim they don't care, either way—they just love them big. Size queens. There's no arguing subtlety with guys like that.

Encountering an augmented breast for the first time is a bit like sitting in a very expensive car before a test-drive. It's unfamiliar and more than a little exciting. It's different from your normal ride. Things have been tricked up. It may be bigger than you're used to, and certain places are firmer, appear newer, seem to offer a different kind of function. You can't help responding to the features—the DVD player in the console, the fancy steering wheel, the huge speakers. You shake your head; it is, after all, just a car. Still, you feel lured.

But when you get intimate with the augmented breast, two things are certain: You can always feel the implant, and feeling it will always lead you to the conscious realization that someone pimped this breast. Any guy who has ever had so much as a lap dance will tell you that implants are an undeniably different tactile experience. The truth is in the touch.

I once dated an airline gate agent who'd moved to a C cup after years as an A. I had seen pictures of her—"before" pictures—and I have to admit that as I sat there, with the after picture in the flesh, it seemed to me she had made a reasonable choice. She was wildly proud of her new breasts and took her shirt off the first night we dated just to show me, long before we even kissed. "More is more," she told me as we sat thigh-to-thigh on her couch. We were 30 minutes from our first meal together, and there she was with her shirt off, her shoulders square, her back firm and upright. She asked me if I liked her posture. "My doctor said good posture is just as important as the implants." He had a point.

She admitted even then that the implants came at some cost. She spoke like a sage. "I didn't go to church for four weeks after I had the surgery," she said. "But people always forget who you were. They only remember what you are." She was, she told me, completely used to the change within a few months of the surgery. However, in the coming weeks, she introduced me to a series of breast-related routines that indicated otherwise. She didn't like any weight on her chest, not even my arm around her shoulder at the movies, because she could feel the implants. She couldn't sleep on her left side easily, though she asked me to favor her left breast during sex. She held a hand to one breast when she rolled over.

Look, I'm like any guy. I've always thought a woman's breasts were a tremendous pleasure, both publicly and privately. A real gift. But while I loved the way this woman looked, within weeks the presence of her implants dominated everything intimate between us, so much so that I started to feel they were like a really annoying pet. Like a really needy toy poodle, an indulgence that was running the household. Late in the game, in the days before we cut it off, she told me I could skip the nipples during foreplay. She tried to reassure me. The implants, she told me, had changed the sensation. "It's not bad exactly," she said. "It just feels a little grinding." I had to agree.

I can report that my friends are all over the map on the subject of implants. I have a college friend who hates them because they killed the pleasure of strip clubs for him. "I remember when breasts were soft. Now it's like someone stuck a big wet washcloth in there," he says. "When the music gets going, it feels like a kickboxing class."

Other guys love the whole phenomenon, the very sight of augmented breasts, the very idea of them. Sleeping with a woman who has implants is a special accomplishment for these guys, though I've never heard any of them report much in the way of advantage or disadvantage, any real amplitude in the giving or receiving of pleasure. When I called one of them just now to ask for his thoughts on the matter, he was sanguine. "Implants are like women," he said. "Every one is different." I feel compelled to add that they actually pay this guy to teach at the university level.

For many men, the self-consciousness of breast implants is a remarkable, and I think legitimate, turn-on. To them it feels like an offering. "You can't deny the power of it," a buddy told me of sleeping with his girlfriend now that she's had augmentation. He deeply appreciates the change, though he never asked for it or even felt unhappy with the real thing. The implants, he says, solved something for her, not him. "She did this thing. She decided to make this change. It filled something up in her." I laughed at the pun, but he shook his head. "We don't even joke about it because it's that real. It made things better for her somehow. And you know, that's just better for both of us."

I asked if he could tell the difference—meaning could he feel the implants themselves? "Sure," he said. "It's not the same. Not at all. The great part is she's the same woman, but she's, well, she's just more." I got that straightaway. It wasn't size or volume at issue. It was a question of appetite, his and hers. In this, the very best case I could imagine, the implants brought together the lodestars of great sex, or maybe desire itself—wanting more and being more, all in the same moment.

So while they might be nice to look at initially, gosh darn it, I sure wouldn't want any pet or grinding sensations to be a factor in any intimacy, so I'll be steering clear of the implants.

HMMMM... Interesting topic.... I was at the Spa and there was this woman, she disclosed she was a Mom of three and was done with child birthing. She had felt she and her body had taken the brunt of child birth and wanted to feel *normal* and sexy again. She decided on implants. It was kinda funny cause she was SOOOOO happy about her new self. She was showing off her to her friend (we were in the sauna). It was very ,I guess cute how this woman *got her groove * back .To see how happy she was - who could take that from her. She didn't look suicidal or homocidal - she just wanted to do something for herself . She sacrificed her body for her children and I'm sure she was happy to do so. This was a little something she could do for herself and I guess her hubby. I'm reading alot of self rightous / jugdemental people here.

What in the world is wrong with thinking sternly.?Why would anybody insert whatever into their bodies to correct what is probably not a big deal. So many men are more forgiving than women about preceived bodily imperfections. Please let your man or yourself be guided by sense and love rather than society's ideal of woman perfection.
O.K. I will give ground to a case such as my deceased sister who in past, dinosaur times lost a breast (to cancer) and needed reconstruction. Otherwise size of breast is probably better smaller than gigantic. How many men have said to me over my lifetime.."more than a handful goes to waste". Yep.

Much prefer the au-naturall, anyday, rather then the augmentation.

Besides, IF, there is going to be ANY form of interest, it is going to take a LOT more, then JUST her augmented breats for an interst in her, and a sexual turn-on.

A waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy, LOT more, then JUST a pair of augmented breasts.

Now THAT is sooooooooooooooooooo cooooooooooooooooooooooooool, because, ANYTHING more then a HANDFUL, IS a WASTE.

However, tho, endowment is nice, just keep it within proportion to body size.

Besides, ya don't want to be falling over, because, they are tooooooooooooooooooooo, top heavy, now do you.

This reminds me of a good one I heard.

A 50-ish woman who is quite well off financially after talking with her doctors decided a face lift is in order. She is tired of thelittle wrinkles around her eyes and mouth and wants that youthful look back.
She seeks a new doctor advertising out of LA with the promise of "tighter skin instantly".
Enthusiastically she books an appointment and has a procedure performed.
The doctor tells her after she awakens that a new technique has been used for her advanced years and she would only need to use a small tool anytime she felt her skin was not tight enough.
He explained to her "You have a small keyhole placed at the back of your hairline that when slowly turned every once in a while will tighten the skin and give you the appearance of being much younger"

Well after a few weeks she decided to try the at home skin tightening on herself and loved the results, she felt like she was 30 again. This went on for months but after 3 years she went in to the doctor complaining of extremely rosy cheeks and was told it might be rosacia.

The doctor said "Hun that's not rosacia those are your nipples" To which she replied "That would explain the goatee I keep having to shave".

OT
I much rather be with a woman who has smaller breasts anyways. Big ones are nice don't get me wrong but I like em A or B much better.
Is it false advertising?, hmm only if you can redily take it off much the same as is it false advertising if a guy takes penile enhancing pills or has had phallic surgery to enlarge the member. There are a lot of procedures one can have done to become more attractive to some.

Do women run from men who have too much manhood? real or enhanced.

I have never experienced this personally, but I read in some women's magazine at my doctor's once, that some women
actually prefer average or smaller sized guys, that larger ones can hurt!

One thing that might make a big difference one day, is that they now have a newer better, safer way to enhance (or
reduce) breasts. You have to ask your doctor for a referral to a plastic surgeon who specializes in liposuction. I actually
saw this on some talk show (Merv Griffin, I think maybe) years ago. They remove body fat from one area & can use it to
enhance the breast more naturally. Since breasts are mostly milk ducts & fatty tissue anyway, they won't feel "different".
Other bonuses: non surgical, done in the doctor's office, much less expensive & easy to reverse if you ever change your
mind, less risky & no dangerous side-effects. Once it has become more well-known, it might actually revolutionize
breast enhancement/reduction procedures.

One way to solve the problem of meeting blokes with different preferences for the size of knockers...

Get implants with a built in pump that inflate or deflate at will - that way everyone is happy
