Notice: Forums will be shutdown by June 2019

To focus on better serving our members, we've decided to shut down the POF forums.

While regular posting is now disabled, you can continue to view all threads until the end of June 2019. Event Hosts can still create and promote events while we work on a new and improved event creation service for you.

Thank you!

Daycare is driving me crazy!Page 3 of 3    (1, 2, 3)
There should be some place where your daughter can sit quietly looking at books or playing with toys. If they think it will be a problem getting others down, she can lay down for a few minutes until the others conk out and quietly leave the room. If they are not willing to work with you, you need to consider whether her staying up late is affecting her school. If she is getting enough rest between the two and doing well in school you are essentially stressing for nothing. If you need the downtime at night, tell her she can stay up if she plays quietly so that you can have some time by yourself before you go to bed.

Daycare is driving me crazy!

8:00 pm is little early for an child my son is two yrs old he wears himself out by playing all night and he ends up falling asleep, around 11pm and he sleeps until sometimes 10:00AM maybe 9:30am

The whole point is that she doesn't have that luxury. Thankfully daycare has been co-operating and she doesn't nap nearly as often.
