At 15 a child should have some say. Why do you not want her to be with her dad? It does not mean you can not visit with her. Living with her dad full time might be a good thing. At 15 kids hate change from house to house.

If you truly believe the best thing for your daughter is to be with you then talk to her Dad about it. You need to present a united front.
My GF went through a similar situation, She had a family sit down and the parents decided that her son's grades were a least a 'B' in all classes and he did his chores without being told then he could choose to live wherever he wanted. Mature people get to make mature choices. Luckily her Ex stood by the decision when the conditions were met her son decided to stay put. But even if he had left she knew that he was mature enough at that point.
