A buddy of mine was over for dinner. I told him my problem is my first impressions are always too good. There is only one way to go, down, and I usually do. NOT ON HIM! In the impression department.
Anyhow. How do you cut a fish loose? I cut them up at the stomach, tear their inyards out with my bare hands, and then fry them for mmm mmm yum. Sometimes I scale them before the frying-pan phase.
