issues with condoms and being uncircumcised...Page 2 of 2    (1, 2)
Thanks, onthespot. I just wrote a pamphlet which included information about pulling it back. I guess I should revisit the wording.

Don't listen to all the haters telling you to go get circumcized. These people probably don't realize that outside of the United States the majority of men are uncircumcized unless it's done for religious reasons.

Why don't you try rolling the condom on with the foreskin forward? You lose any of the extra sensation you would get from your foreskin with a condom anyways... give it a shot see if it works for ya

Find condoms that fit, and all will be good........

The best thing to do is practice, practice, practice, and if you practice with a female, she can help show you how.......

Just my opinion......

I am intact and have had ample experience with condoms.

Get hard. Pull the foreskin all the way back. Roll the condom on slowly and gently. The tricky part is getting the unrolled condom over and past the frenulum, the most sensitive part of an intact male. A potential problem with condoms and intact men is putting unpleasant tension on the frenulum. Complete unrolling to condom down to the base of the penis. Apply water based lube to the surface of the condom. Enjoy.

If the above is truly difficult or unpleasant, try a larger brand. Condoms come in more than one size.

After I've shot my load, my foreskin moves forward (the knife goes back into its sheath) and the condom becomes tangled in it. In no way is this unpleasant. Also, the way foreskin and condom become entangled makes it pretty much impossible for me to pull out leaving the condom inside. I've never had a condom break, and I wonder if there isn't a mechanical reason for that being a problem mainly for cut men, perhaps because cut + condom = having to thrust very hard to feel anything. If this equation is true, that one more drawback of being circumcised.

I get plenty of feeling with a condom, because a condom transmits tension arising from anywhere along the penis shaft to the frenulum for sure, and perhaps also to the ridged band.

Condoms have sexual drawbacks. They capture precum as well as semen, and my SO says that precum is the very best lubricant there is. Condoms make cut and uncut feel pretty much alike. There is no way latex can be as pleasant for her as moving penis skin. I conclude that committed relationships can supply pleasure that safe causal encounters cannot supply.

I have read of techniques that allow more foreskin mobility with a condom, but have never tried them, much less mastered them. I suspect that there is more to learn about condoms interacting with foreskin.

Write a letter to the condom manufacture explaining your dilema. They are always looking for ways to improve their products as they want your business. They may give you freebies of another style they have or are working on. Good luck and glad to hear you are being a responsible adult.

spray a little ether in the condom put it up to the penis and light a match ..it will go on ...No wait there is probably some idiot who will try this at home ...pay no attention to my sarcasm

however this might solve the uncircumcised problem as well .. not only will it remove the fore skin ..it will remove the aft skin ...and anything else that is just hanging around

Get put under, get circumsized, and move on! LOL Problem solved. In my experience, women seem to prefer cut anyways

You got that right. But I hope there are plenty enough to not be as fussy about this kind of things as I am.

"Get put under, get circumsized, and move on! LOL Problem solved."

ME. Only in the USA do people think that cutting solves a problem without risking creating new problems.

Sounds like the guy has phimosis. Most cases of phimosis can be resolved in 2 months by twice daily application of steroid ointment. If that doesn't work, there is very minor surgery that preserves the foreskin. In Scandinavia, only about 1 man in 5000 is circumcised in his lifetime for medical reasons.

" In my experience, women seem to prefer cut anyways."
ME. Again, that is a provincial USA perspective. Cut is alien in Europe and Latin America. Quite a few sophisticated North American women now prefer intact. It's gentler on the vagina, and makes for much richer foreplay.

Just go bareback.

Honestly, if you can't trust a woman enough to sleep with her bareback, you have no business sleeping with her at all.

Too many people think a condom makes them as invulnerable as Superman, never realizing condoms don't protect you from Hep-C and a host of other nasties. They just think they can bank any nasty skank that they can get to lay down for them so long as they are wearing the magic rubber.

NOT!

Be choosy in who you sleep with. Hint hint, most health department sanitarians will tell you the single biggest group of people who spread diseases are DRUG ADDICTS.

My ex was a swinger and she was with at least sixty men. She never picked up anything and she always went bareback. Thing is, she didn't do druggies.

As for condoms, they cause a lot of men problems. Apparently some men have trouble maintining an erection with them becuase they are tight and uncomfortable.
I bought some recently out of curiosity and I was shocked.
The standard "Lifestyles" brand you find at the big box store fit like a tournequette on my johnson.
Ditto with the standard ones you found in gas station bathrooms in those wall dispsensers.
One of my friends is a swinger and her hubby has problems with them too and he uses Magnums, so I bought a box of those and found out - GASP!- The current "Magnums" are the same size as the old regular condoms from the 1980s.
Evidently cheapskate manufacturers have decided to market the old "Snugger" brand condoms ("Made for the gentleman of smaller stature") as "regular" condoms and the regular condoms are marketed as "Magnums" today. If you want a condom the size of the Magnums from 1985, you have to pay even more for a Magnum XL.

So its not the beef pattys on the Big Mac that have gotten smaller over the years, apparently.

LOL...
Personally I don't think dudes are shrinking. I just think the condom companies are cheapskates and they figure they can save some money by selling more of the tiny condoms that have less material in them.
And the average American guy suffers.
A 1980s era Magnum would indeed fall off my average endowment like a sock falling off a golf club. A modern "magnum" (which is actualy average size) fits rather snug.
What will the cheapskates think of next....

safe sex is very important, ... thats why I always wear a rubber while watching netporn. I have nothing to offer to this. Know less than nothing about uncut weiners ... the whole idea of it creeps me out. But then somebody made that choice for me when I was too young to remember, shrugs.

also, rubbers suk, its like having sex with a ziplock bag, lol.

Definitely it is the condoms that you are using. Try smaller and tighter fitting ones. Roll the skin back and roll the condom on. If it's tight then it shouldn't come off at all.

People telling you to go bareback are idiots. I agree with other posters that you should just try a bunch of different kinds. Do you feel comfortable asking your doctor for feedback? Sometimes medical professionals know these things. I wish I could help my ex-husband was uncircumcised, but we never had any problems with condoms. I had a college professor explain that getting circumcised as an adult is like going from color television to black and white. He actually called the act selfish and barbaric. It was an anthropology class so go figure. Anyway, good luck and I hope you find your answer sooner than later.

First of all, don't get circumcised. Your intact status isn't the problem; it's either the condoms you've been using don't work for you, or you're putting it on improperly. Try leaving some room at the end, just enough that the prepuce moves freely, but not enough to get caught between it and the glans. Or, keep trying different brands and types until you find one that works for you. For me, I've only found two kinds/brands that work. Trojan magnum (large) "naked sensations", and Lifestyles large. Both are super-thin and super-strong. Honestly, in my first marriage, it took quite awhile and lots of trial & error, before we got it right.

I'm hung and uncut. The first time i had sex i was having trouble with condoms fit. I did not know that the skin was suppose to go to the front while intercourse. After a while i found my fit magnum, it leaves space at the tip of the condom for the skin to move freely while intercourse.
