Wow, 30 pages of comments since May?

There's lots I don't get but the first that comes to mind is golf. And mean people. What's the appeal? I don't get it, neither one of them.

BTW, I do not associate gold with mean people. In fact, seems most people into golf are rather nice, though usually kind of bland from my point of view. Those are just two things I don't understand at all.

I do not get why people on here think they are above the "Drama" when they are in fact some of the reason that said drama is happening. Quit being such whiney drama queens, act your ages and if you do not like someone then GET OVER IT!!!!

First, I like to tell those that I consider my friends what is going on. Second, I do what I can to survive in St. Louis and yes I do have lack of funds, since I lost my job at the end of May. Third, I hate to go out alone, always been like that. But what I was really talking about is the fact that there are females as well as males on here that want to start drama between others and it is sick that most of the people that are doing this are over the age of 30. Get over it, you are not in High School anymore. I do not believe that in any shape or form what I've said is being a whiney drama queen, I'm just letting people know and if you do not like it then you can fvck off imo.

Bay! Good to see you peaking out on a beautiful day!

Just got home from the Muny! I highly recommend this one for the Christians!

Reading your note, I see plenty of men saying the same thing about their children dude! If you had the right woman you wouldn't even have to think about who comes first! If you have to mention it, you have been through some nasty stuff I bet!

As far as talking about an X, it depends upon how much. I dated a guy that mentioned his X almost everytime we did things, even when ordering from McD's. I finally spoke up and asked why... because she was so demanding & would yell at people if they messed up her order or if things didn't go her way. There was such a contrast he said he couldn't help himself. He did it so much the 1st year, his poor mother couldn't remember my name for the 1st 6 months, and she only me the xgf 1 time. Between him and his mom they had some focus problems... But I keep them in my heart to this day!

Good questions Bay... I can't speak for everyone but I am thinking in response to your post ...

[ *Women .... The ones that post on their profile that their kids come first..* ]

I suppose women feel compelled to make this statement because at some point in their life a man has made that an issue? My ex husband left us when my boys were 9, 4 and 2 and I was expecting twins.. his exact words were "I Love You but I am tired of being a Husband.. I am tired of being a Father.. I feel like a Sinking Ship and these Kids are like Anchors Around My Neck!" That was 25 yrs ago and he has seen our children maybe 5 times since then... I have had some relationships since but find that the men may come and go but those children will forever be a part of me... So obviously .. My kids have always and will always come FIRST!!

[ *I also dont get why women get p1ssy when a guy mentions his ex... it is part of his past and who he is right?* ]

I agree that your Ex may be part of your past and that everyone we have been involved with in our lives is in part responsible for who we are today but also feel we should have better things to discuss than our Ex's! Especially when all you are hearing is the negative about the ex or being compared to the ex! It gets old fast when it is a constant thing! My ex is an ex for a reason.. if someone I am with wishes to know that reason it will be discussed but that would most likely be the end of that.. no need to drone on about someone who is no longer part of my life when I can be focused on building something and learning about someone new!

I agree on the teeth and flabby belly ads when we log on.. GROSS! Perhaps you are right Denise... maybe they are trying to sell us the self improvement stuff? Plant the seed in our minds that if we have a six pack ab and a sparkling smile you might just find the partner of your dreams? Think about it... seeing those ads when we log on is no accident I am guessing?

I just don't get how draft beer at a county fair goes down so well. Any other time I can't stand the taste of beer, but I started with a Smirnoff Ice, but that wasn't that good so I switched over. After about 7 or maybe 8 (or maybe 9 or 10, lost track since we were getting them for free) beers at the fair watching the concert, and then my friends and I headed to the local bar and I had 4-5 more........made for a very interesting evening for me.

That was me last night but switched around. I always drink beer but last night I had 2 and they just wasn't hitting the taste spot. So I changed to chocolate martini's. Well just let me say I had 3 and was feeling no pain. Sure glad I had a sober driver for the trip home...lol
