I wonder if John Cleese considers he married a gold digger?

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/5039340/John-Cleeses-divorce-why-he-is-not-alone-in-seeking-a-cut-price-settlement.html

Perhaps the term "Gold Digger," like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder?

Well I lost two houses due to failed relationships when I was in my 20's. Been married twice since then and my second ex-wife was a gold digger, as confirmed by her brother. We didnt have kids and the house was still in my name but she still walked away with £50,000 after just 10 months of marriage. Not bad considering she came in to the house with nothing. She originally wanted £100,000 but I hired a very expensive solicitor to sort things out for me.

Whoa!!! where you niave in your 20s then???

Id sack the lawyer if she got £50k for 10 months!! you could of got a good hit on her for less!!!

Miss HotToTrotTotty, you are wastng your time, girl ( well, I say 'girl' ... ) leave me alone , I'm skint !

OK OK I'll come clean !

I am a gold digger , I am he - I am looking for a wealthy blue rinse widow, around 80, wanting the fun and companionship of a toyboy ( no doubt just for a short while.. ) and be willing to try new tings ( like bungee jumping ) . Not having much success on this site, but I have two other profiles going at DarbyandJoan online dot com, and FloridaBlueRinse . This is my preferred option of course as its nice and warm there with only the odd hurricane to worry about . Fantasy role play a speciality

Of course, anyone interested, get matron to type out a message, and drop me a line .........

I saw that Trisha episode! That girl wasn't a very good gold digger. She gave the impression she wanted to be a gold digger, but didn't have the savvy for it. There are far better examples out there. I don't have a problem with women being gold diggers. The wealthy men they go with are just as shallow... They want arm candy and the women want their money in return. It's a simple business transaction, and as long as everyone is getting what they want, then good on 'em all.

If anybody's interested in this way of life,
I'm told that there are still some gold mines in Wales.
I've never fancied it myself, it's always rained when I've been to Wales, I may just have been unlucky, but there does seem to be a fair amount of moss, which does thrive in damper environments.
Wales though is very pretty, and I would thoroughly recommend it.
Digging for gold however is very dangerous.
And should not be undertaken without specialist knowledge and equipment, and is probably best left to the professionals.
I'm just sayin......
