^^love this, 60!

so far away from mediocrity
and human desire
the body just glistens
when lit by a fire
the eyes shine so bright
with a visible light
filling the room...
a magnificant sight

a magnificent sight
indulgent as slow enunciation
of creamy vowels over the palate
and then the hand
reaching for my wrist
as if smoothing out the way
so unecessary
for that smile
had already captured me

It's always the same just a different re-arrange,
the deja vu surfacing inside me once again
But this time it's a tad different and rather strange
I know I've seen this, but I don't know just when.
Was it only yesterday when my mind took the fall
and lost in its confusion took a massive tumble?
Who were the players and what time did they call?
The facts are so murky and make me stumble.
If I wait just a moment or an hour or a week
I am sure that the fragments will emerge clearer
The memory has the ability to simply rise up and tweek
As the feeling of dread draws me ever and ever nearer
I know in the end that the reality of events won't give way
to the fantasy I hoped to create in my longing heart
But the feeling of utter bliss that will be mine to stay
Is worth more than the dreams I let flee and depart.

worth more than the dreams i let flee and depart
the days misspent, the loves misplaced
is your smile
my redemption
no one is exempt from resurrection
not the lowest snail
crawling over her own slime
the thousand silver rays
of smiling eyes pierce the darkest heart
shutter like blinds the cruelty of the world
loosen the roots of the terror in loneliness
and touch the places in my soul only eagles can fly to

only eagles can fly to the places in my heart
where love once stood in the mountains
the heavens amazed with glory still do shine
like the super novas in the sky that know night
I remember your the way you hand touched me
and kept me safe from all the worlds hatred
gentle and kind I see you now so many years later
your face never fades from my memories like your scent
when we would trade dirty shirts that smelled like us
when you'd have to hit the road...
I sure do miss you still my love~
even though you can never come home again
I will see you in Heaven

i will see you in heaven
my sisters and brethren...
every pet that's come and gone
every friend from every home
every person....friend and foe
for i think it's where we all go
when we've learned what we can
in this earth school land...
whatever you call it, heaven or hell,
i'll see everyone i loved but didn't tell...
i'll see all we call the enemy
and my own self-made hell....
i'll find the ones who held my passion
and those who soon grew out of fashion...
the ones who played the chords so well
who showed me how to love and fell
before their time it seemed
before my love could be redeemed
but maybe that was just my wish
to hug and wish them happiness
to really know with one last kiss
we'll meet again
in a place of bliss

In a place of bliss
but theirs a twist
what if there is more to do
more to glue
lives back together
before you float off like a feather
Don't get to bliss
then you might miss
what you truly are searching for
could just be behind a simple door
Hope your all right these days
and not starting to fade away.
soon you'll find the wonder
and once again listen to the thunder
its a holiday
that you can hide away.
so lets celebrate
not terminate
soon you'll find the answers.

soon you'll find the answers
remember when we saw two lakes?
one on top of the other...
and , when each winter came
our fine, little faces
peeked, yes, shyly (snowsuits!!)
into a future
this is the crux of any matter
what I did not know, you did not either.
does this matter?
not one little dandelion seed floating
away....answers following.

yet a difficult task~
is saying goodbye to ones still living
letting go moving quickly at the cross roads
embracing a kiss not speaking its the last
walking away understanding better days are ahead
having peace of mind and heart

without asking the things we wont sever
are in our DNA life giving force history
some things really cannot be changed
nor molded to suit whims wills or whispers
sometimes all I have left is my blood to bleed
no one can certainly have it yet Im not done
living Vampires some of us are waiting for a taste
feeding on what they think they can take away
when all else is gone seeking much more than this
be gone with you for this kind of vache does annoy
I wish not to be menaced by its evil cries saying
come I promise you pleasure you have never known
only caring for themselves in the end

on any given day, theres plenty to say
save it for later lets roll in the hay
let have fun, laugh, get naked
when the cops come we can just run
we'll hide like Bonnie and Clyde
to the animals sniff us out
then plead innocent, tell them a
a robber took our clothes
and if it weren't for you, we
would have froze
on second thought though
lets just stay inside
pretend to take a ride
much safer there, though
the backyard does have a fence

the backyard does have a fence
always a fence that stood as imaginary
if, I could and should ever ride...
again
hey baby I would ride with you
upon every shoal, every tide
hey baby if I could ride you...
I would wrap a lilac into a sensibility
of sweet, sharp kindness.
Let me ride to meet you.
Its been far too long, too faraway
Why stay? What is the fortune?
Just one more attempt
to give it meaning.
the backyard does have a fence...
You are too faraway, I have fences to mend.

far above me
within the stars and suns
the intense erergy
is far more parts than sums

the universe flows forever
an eternal void they say
where all things that ever were
manifest this day

our earth in movement
people rethinking is God Love
when earth starts to vomit
this couldn't have come from above
starting to think on a different level
perhaps its the renewing of the land
all the people lost in the water
I do hope your in Gods hands

i do hope you're in god's hands
when earth power has swept the lands
when the shifts are so great
the crust does break
and the powers that be
rise so forcefully
we all become a casualty

Count out the money
while feeding on stolen honey
avoiding a fall
trying to forget
that empty space
and all that pain
easily displaced
if you walk, there's all that dust
if you ride, with that sign in the rear
L. A. or bust
it's all the same stars
following us from afar
but maybe larger? and brighter?

EDIT: yuck, i can't rhyme!!

now how can anyone say that about either one of us?
we might get a little lost every now and again what ever
might I say that its rather uncomfortable under a bus...
even though we roll really well it doesnt happen too often
they dont seem to stick around long enough to do it again
even though it can be quite entertaining on a boring night
I still can stick my own finger into my eye to feel some pain

lol lol
just MHO
you'll NEVER be invisible
just another mangy
junk yard dog
barking in the dark
begging for scraps
from any old owner
nope, it's always
gonna be the fully pedigreed
chompin'
on rare steaks and
protecting your realm

EDIT: uh oh someone much brighter beat me to it, lol
erase erase erase

what remains could quite well
just be flushed down the the drain
with all the other waste in the rain...
with all the stuff that's just too much
that litters the ground and rivers and such....

what remains could quite well
be put on the shelf
and just sit there all day
gathering dust like an elf...

or a garden gnome
that 'decorates' one's home
if you happen to be
a fan of disney....

what remains could quite well
be tossed in the air
or manicured even
with lots of care...

as if there was really
love somewhere....
as if we can feel
what it's like over there....

i think the sun and the moon know the song
the human ego has gotten too strong
thinking we've earned the right to kill
all we want using our will
taking whatever we feel we need
no matter the destruction and what that feeds
no matter the cost of all that is lost
because we think we are earth's boss

because we think we are earth's boss
but...there was never a question
that the status quo hijacked
all of the bobble and wonder
substituting toys and money..soul?
not according to power and the status quo
Remember? Being four immersed in mud?
living through your senses, inhaling a soul
through your nose and understanding
what matters is nothing more
than breathing.

Where bumble bees don't miss a thing
and we can sit on porch swings
or go jump in the lake with our life vest on
only to find out its a cement pond
only when you take a dive
do you learn about life's surprise

whats its like on first just to rust
was never was on second
never on first.....
there is something so fantastic
in these few, short moments
I was given.
Unless...I was somewhere else
and...nothing different.
Take me away.
