"I eat healthy, I'm active, I shop at trader joes, I love the outdoors..."

WHO DOESN'T!!!

Apparently most of those who email me first don't. Despite everything about me and my profile being high energy outdoor oriented hyperactivity many email away despite the fact that it is obvious they definitely do not live like that.

"A partner in crime." - After I met someone who meant that literally.

"Comfortable in his own skin" - Should he be wearing someone else's? cf. "Hannibal Lecter."

"God Fearing" also turns me away. If God (the Christian or Jewish one) is supposed to be benevolent, a good person need not fear him. Only an evil person would....

"Friends first" - Not really looking for a relationship, but they want to string you along -- especially for money.

Actually, if you read your Old Testament, God's hardly benevolent. He's a jerk.

My family comes first! Really so I would be 3th or 4th on your list of priority's. Cool where do I sign up. One guy put on here he will absolutely not date to any woman who has kids. I thought maybe he was a pedophile!!

Or the best one guys over 50 putting on here they still want to have sex, really how much Viagra can you take in a week? That is obvious for an intimate relationship, Sherlock!

Cheap men really get my goat, here take it! First date they have a coupon for Starbucks! There have been times I thought it was going well at a first meeting over a cup of coffee next step I was hungry, they didn't offer but wanted to meet again, OK. So I stopped and bought myself something to eat. Really they can't spend $20 bucks for dinner??? Yeah let's meet again. Oh boy can't wait. The hardest part is I can pay or go dutch but I think it is wrong to offer because then you set a president.

After being involved with a man who literally had nothing to offer financially and paying all the bills and a $4,000 a month CC, and he kept asking for more, let's go here or I don't like it here. Give me a break I am not your Sugar Momma!

How does that make him a pedophile if he doesn't want to date women with kids? Maybe he doesn't want to raise some else's kid? wtf?

Spell check people... use spell check!

Here's my shortlist:

"I'm an inteligant man".... definitely spell check would be a wise choice here.

"A man and his thrown"... um, I think he meant throne. I suppose it may depend on which woman he ticked off last.

"Looking for a thin woman". I'm cool with that, but define thin please. I do 100 mile bike rides but I'm not and will never be size 2... I'm never sure if I fit their image of "thin". Probably not..?

And finally, when I send a response to a greeting that makes it clear that I've read their profile. I follow up with a question related to their interests and they respond with 2 sentences if I'm lucky and never answer the question. Did you even read my note??? Aaaargh!

This thread is one of the funniest things I have ever read! I am dying reading this stuff.

>>"When they put the wrong age up on top, then tell their "real" age in the essay and claim it was the "site's" fault for it being wrong"<<...I saw a guy actually admit in his profile that he deliberately made his age 5+ years younger because he "didn't want to be excluded from women's searches". Manipulation is SUCH a turn-on. Or the "divorced" guy who admits at the end of his profile that he is actually separated.

Airing dirty laundry/on the rebound: "Looking for a (sic) HONEST/FAITHFUL/LOYAL woman". In caps, of course. No unresolved issues there.

Shirtless pix. Bye.

"Looking for someone to spoil/take care of". Do you want a person or an infant?

The most annoying one: "I love life". Now wtf is that? I constantly--and I mean constantly-- see that. Do women put that in, too? In other words, you're depressed because you're stillll single and you're faking it till you hope you make it? Phony and weird.

Who are these females these days that think a relationship is built on how much money you have in your pocket and what you can give them?!?!

YES. It's been this way for a while.

They have a product (sex -[priced accordingly to how "hot" they are]), you want the product (horny guy), they want to get PAID for that product. Sure, there is "free" product out there, but you know the saying: You get what you pay for!

being together should be enough

Wow..you are still young. You have a lot to learn my friend!

I put the "Don't message me if..." in my profile because when I started here my in box was getting flooded with that type of girl and it stopped as soon as I put that in my profile.

"I like a man with tattoos and piercings." I don't like a woman with tattoos and piercings. NEXT!

Mostly I hate it when I take the time to actually read your profile, send you a message repeating something you said on your profile, and you don't even answer back. Translation: Sorry I'm just here to waist your time, I don't really want a date.

One of the dumbest things a woman can say is that she wants a man who can make her feel like a real woman. If she is unable to be a real woman her own way on her own time and her own dime, then she is a child not ready to go out into the real world.

And let's not forget "a man who is a 'real' [or 'old fashioned'] gentleman." In other words I want to be a pampered princess and I want some submissive wimp to devote his life to living not for himself but for me. He will always pay for my meals and other needs when we are together.

An old memory: I was newly living with Ann. On the way home from an outing she remembered she was out of cat food so we stopped at the 7/11 for a can of tuna. To my surprise she took it for granted that I would pay for it - to feed HER cat because SHE hadn't stocked up cat food! Needless to say that relationship didn't last long. Some people are so dumb they get manipulated into paying other people's electric bills.

Here's a good one I just found. Under interests...

going outHaving fun

Spelled exactly like that. Well yeah but what do you consider to be fun when you go out? How about going to back to elementary school and learning want caps and spaces are for.

Going out and having fun.

"Do you have children? Prefer Not To Say" Well obviously you do or you would of just said no.

"i love to learn and educate myself any way i can." Well if you really love to learn then "I" should be capitalized, it's "you" not "u", "I'm" not "Im", "random" not "rndom", and for crying out loud use a freaking period at the end of a sentence!

I only quoted a small portion of their "About Me" and it was one run on sentence after another with very simple words spelled wrong in every sentence. Come on you learn how to spell "I" and "you" in the first grade don't talk like a texting teenager.

Just found a woman who's profile picture is Raven Samon and the other two pictures you have to mouse over to see are is some other random woman. So what you wanted to fool someone into thinking you're a Disney Channel star and hoped they wouldn't see your real pictures.

Any statement that screams "gold digger."

Anything that blasts former partners. Almost all of us have had bad relationships. If it is something that needs to be discussed it can wait till you start dating.

A little off topic but how is there a page 3 of 2? Well it said 3 of 2 before I posted this now there are actually 3 pages. Are the forums always that buggy?

You may now return to your regularly scheduled topic of discussion.

Message: "You are a good provider" is what one of the things that led to my fathers divorce.

So when I see a woman use the word provider it is like a big warning sign that says I want you to pay my way through life.

How about, "I want a man not a boy". I have seen that a few times and offten people that say it also say things like " I want a guy who can aford me, a real man".,,,

.........................................................................................................................

"Good provider" = he must be a thick wallet riding on a sperm bank.

Let's flip the gender situation and see how the women like this:

"She's a good lay."

Someone that uses "lol" after every sentence as if it's funny. I stopped reading one after reading, "I am a Gemini. lol" "I like pizza but no anchovies lol". "I like to ride my motorcycle and love having someone on the back. lol"

The ones that play up their toys screams to me their personalities are not enough so they have to buy someone with their boats, cars, houses, money.....

And that is because 95% of the girls in California that are not fat and or ugly are gold diggers. So, those things are used as bait.

Their are more than a few for me:

"I'm looking for a real man" Ah good to know that fake men need not apply... Also any version of this statement is also terrible.

Any weird disclaimers about your weight:
I am pretty sure any guy that sees your picture, unless you are avoiding posting pictures of your weight and put (prefer not to say) for your weight type is not going to question your weight. Also if you go on to talk about your weight for more than a few sentences it sort implies you have issues.

"I am looking for (insert stereotype that you are not here)": This gives off the notion that any one else regardless of attraction should just skip your profile and move on to the next one.

Misspelled words: if its one or two I usually let it go, but when its either blatant or really easy words it shows me that you are either: not intelligent, or lazy. Spell check is not hard.

"ask me to see my picture" This site, for better or worse, is very look dependent. And if your trying to keep your picture off the internet, well then all I can say is good luck.

Oh, and the interest area: "I like everything." being vague is a great way to get some one interested in you. Its even better when they say nothing about themselves and have 1 badly close up picture.

Any requirement that includes "generous" or "non-judgmental" (which always makes me wonder why those particular things are so important?)!

"I never know how to describe myself, etc...." (well, you could make the effort, like the rest of us)!

"I like the ocean, and music, and sunsets, and breathing, and..." (and I'm also very special)!

"No scammers, cheats, liars, etc. need apply" (thanks, glad you warned me)!

"My dog (kitty, hamster, horse, gerbil, whatever) is my best friend" (OK, do you have any openings for playing 2nd banana?)!

"I love God" that's great, I can see what your religion is if I care to look at it. I don't need you to tell me that. First thing in your description is about how much you love God then you probably have no interest in an Atheist like myself.

Just to be clear I don't have a problem with religion. I have a problem with people who think they know better than everyone else. Just agree to disagree, don't force your beliefs onto me and I won't force mine onto you.
