'The Nutmeg of Consolation' by Patrick O'Brian

Part of a series of adventures on the high seas in the early 19th century---featuring Captain Jack Aubrey and Doctor Maturin, ship's doctor, naturalist and spy.

I just read the Gingerbread man to a group of 15 three year old children. I have a collection of over 2000 children's books, collected over 20 plus years of teaching. I love the history of some of the fairy tales too.. although some of them are gruesome.
