Pick a line, any line, from the poem above (props to W)Page 105 of 108    (68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108)
don't matter whatever or how many times
uphill or downslope sheer will she climbs
slow and easy or too fast for afterthought
why money could never buy what wisdom taught

out on the ledge looking up at this beautiful day
thinking about what that silence decided to say
something about starting over from a finish line
it's a long way down on a short rope intertwimes

standing still immobilized by the birds and trees
this special fragrance over took my soul at ease
brought back Memories Pure like white on doves
hearts serenading forgiveness rains down spellin

lost in a world where it's Hard To Understand
fighting off selfish Pride rage in high demand
it could be a pre-planned script or God's plan
betting big blinds on the latter of shiftin sand

stuck way up here now no ones around
shuffling an iPod to hear a future sound
the fear of the future it softly says hello
waving Goodby to Doubt now letting go

The fear of the future it softly says hello
Anxiety rises as intuition starts to show
Not anticipating pain, not wanting sorrow
Opening up to a better tomorrow

Rain is falling yet again
Loved the specatuclar Spring morning
Sunshine showed on new blades of green
This season is so healing for my being

Anxiety rises as intuition starts to show
After seeing three honey bees by my big toe
Dancing in circles on a map to their hive
Next thing ya know there would be five

Packing a nine yard bolt of mosquito net
Under her umbrella the first night we met
Panning flour gold on a beach of diamonds
Crunchy peanut butter from organic almonds

Bar-b-que issues along the Northwest coast
Ghost pepper sandwiches on crustless toast
half and half creamers even hard cheese
saying and doing whatever they please

Rain water totes and rare model Tees
Power lines strung in Eucalyptus trees
Brought from down under for timber
Turned out softwood was too limber

To shore the tunnels into gold mines
Dredges shed nuggets and missed fines
Collected in black sand ribbed river banks
Magnetized artichoke bottles and fish tanks

pannin flour gold on an icy beach of diamonds
over heard a legacy based on truth is timeless
from a deaf-mute as the colors swirled sublime
we talked for hours as unspoken words chimed

blinded by one accord lost in imperfect harmony
Collective Effervescence experience matrimony
spiritual energies swirl and tug at this inner core
blowing in the wind searching for so much more

blowing in the wind searching for so much more
on truck inner tube tricycles along a wavy shore
Bob followed the path of the leeward pelican
to a gold belly buttoned mammoth tusk Billiken

from ancient sea beds in the foot hills near Fiddle
where the creek bends like willow trees in a riddle
an annual county fair challenge to all jumping frogs
from Amazon forests to hollow Blackjack oak logs

the first round is a game of chicken BINGO
have to talk turkey to understand their lingo
from there they move on to the televised draft
holding hand held cameras on a white water raft

into the canyon of no return without a receipt
Epsom salts in apple vinegar to sooth sore feet
be sure to hard boil the eggs so they don't crack
knowing how baggage handlers treat a backpack

have to talk turkey to understand their Lingo
walking my new pet dinosaur named RINGO
friend of a friend where new beginnings end
help us SHINE a NEW Light where it began

high on Thunder Mountian eternal spring
drifts back from a calm reality daydream
settin up the campfire with outlaw spirits
only through closed eyes can U hear it?

wooperwhirills sing and fire flies dance
blackbirds fly like it's their last chance
ole buddy Eddie drops by his new ride
new license plate says Choctaw Pride

don't look now there's no where to go
Rainbow trout slow cook'n extra slow
can of sardines and beans for snack
looking for love t-shirt and knapsack

special C in the dark glasses view
such a beautiful day 2thank U too
reconfigured thought minus a few
crystal clear memories break in2

Moving Out of the way to climb on down
back to a reality cracked rearview sound
waving Goodbye just don't feel the same
next time don't forget to pack some Rain

help us SHINE a NEW Light where it began
back before time when whatever hit the fan
some say forget it how could it even exist
without vapors or ether to collect into mist

can't count all the galaxies dancing on pins
they say it has to do with how the world spins
one thangs fur sure never want to question it
no guarantees of nondisclosure if it don't fit

They say it has to do with how the earth spins
Is it true that evil is defeated and good always wins
Forgive me for all and the least of my sins
To discard guilt, choose well by the garbage and recycle bins

Recite three Our Fathers and ten Hail Marys
Or at the ice cream shop eat five sundaes all topped with cherries
Free the cows from all the inhumane dairies
Or please rescue them, just send in pain-freeing bovine fairies

When karma's knocking, I'll hide under the bed
Or before that knock, I could do my part to keep the world fed
Give the devil my soul and go where I'm led
Or I could learn to live right and accept my fate without dread

When karma's knocking, I'll hide under the bed
Consult Delphis to hear what kungfucious said
About the caterpillar who spun a silk cocoon
Grew gossimer wings and flew away to the moon

Silhouetting the shadows of castle walls in moats
Solemn water skiers riding wakes of jet boats
Having words substituted by spell checkers
Alexis and Siri arguing over woodpeckers

On the watch towers from a sailing ship mast
Almost all turtles agree that bunnies are fast

Grew gossamer wings and flew to the moon
Shortly after arrival wanted to go back soon
As Dorothy once said, “there's no place like home”
I wish to return there whenever I roam

Wanderlust always baffled me
Seek all, on two, or at least one knee
One can never escape one's past
Even if one runs from it extremely fast

For me, home is where I hang my heart
From where I wish to never depart
My home is defined within my mind
A street address, one could not find

Its foundation was fortified with love
My home was my gift form above
I could travel into space and back
But I'd have no clue what to pack

one can never escape one's past
with this sure-fire mad quick dash
memory scars bleed gud intentions
many unanswered failed to mentions

remain now chained to this fake reality
way too far from Home run'n unwillingly
same dam song stuck on repeat repeat
tired legs and a weary soul get no sleep

woke up from a sad goodbye like wow
too much life 2 live won't get stuck now
back to the new start with this warm bed
remember to be grateful the memory said

back to that nine to five, wishing for more
sitting here outside, holding Invisible Keys
memories magic moments need to explore
today pride inside killed its selfish disease

starting over for the billionth time
Peacing together lyrics to rhyme
faded stars they will always find
no matter the distance we shine

same dam(n) song stuck on repeat repeat
can't shake it from my head nor kick it with my feet
why do these lyrics haunt my existence
playing on and on with unending persistence

one potato, two potato, three potato, four
stop my sanity from running out the door
same song, sixtieth, seventieth, eightieth verse
tell me now how to reverse this curse

five potato, six potato, seven potato, more
some rhymes and songs are difficult to ignore
perhaps a new genre is the prescription
one can't get caught up on its description

eight potato, nine potato, count them up to ten
don't put your potatoes back and count them up again
tomorrow is a new day with the dawning of the sun
awake refreshed and live life as if it has just begun

tomorrow is a new day with the dawning of the sun
woke up sleep walking dreaming I went for a run
racing bearfoot over ancient pahoehoe lava flows
unaware that in the rocky soil a wild orchid grows

under the shade of fig tree leaves and ripe bananas
or written in the stars of matching green bandannas
was it fate there's no collective nouns for red robins
with sun on their backs chasing shadowy hobgoblins

an Eskimo shaman answered saying nobody knows
the ways of the caribou follow how the wind blows
clear waves at sunrise look like hollow tubes of lava
sipping sweetened peppermint tea or expresso java

unaware that in the rocky soil a wild orchid grows
silverware sat, din of docie toil, style hid the hoes
a defining factor between classes, salad and dessert
Fork came after to choose the unused path might hurt

Brambles, briers, branches, bushes leave no trace
do not break, calloused running feet find a place
barefoot is best when traipsing a new route
tender feet lack the grace-moccasin clout

tender feet lack the grace-moccasin clout
the winner loses so there's reason to shout
going against the grain, it's a push & shove
no unaware match searching for a lost love

trace familiar scars on the beaten path
somewhere in between pass aftermath
give me one last memory to reminisce
come on baby, kiss me as U miss me

the winner loses so there's reason to shout
casting an extras call to chase a water spout
in the volcanic thunder of roiling ash clouds
close the park to hold back the tourist crowds

on the fringe of fiery fissures filming the melee
approaching too close angers the goddess Pele
who walls the oceans in blankets of lava flows
turns corral reefs into sand between her toes

recent see through manta ray vision now reveals
concreted quick sand where she ran in high heels
chasing sea lions and even the mighty Moby Duck
who folded or lost to that Buck held by bad luck

who walls the oceans in blankets of lava flows?
Raises unto mountains jutting from the sea,
Carving terracotta rock to canyons
With diamond water glaciers,

to be
an atom colliding, spinning
in that sea

just once, is all i'd need, off of my knees
if you please, rolling waters of prime soup
I order all,
bang unheard, unseen but by one-unto
the sun
stories told a with stylus or stiletto
written on the tablets of time....i had
my once and know now I am freedom

fiery sparks heat up a cold heart

A
little right, on the Bull's Eye mark
its a heavy bomb, grab the barrel
cital tight: the best culls die dark
with revie qualm, nab your peril

deep breath calm-light will come
blind the open eye, wake the shut
rieve death fromm- a mighty drum
struck to call those sleeping demut

rieve death fromm- a mighty drum
feel emotions go rumpa pum-pum
double bass experience the allure
Cosmic Energy gravity twist swirl

spinning particles form a smile
it's plain to see there's no denial
of a deep breath calm and steady
so let me know now when ur ready

it's plain to see there's no denial
so why bother even having a trial
with no reservations try to stay cool
as hawkers hold up tickets to the pool

still remember when that park was free
now ten dollars a carload with photo ID
posted selfies with a cotton mouth on Yelp
offering bee swarm removal part time help

gotta message from a number that was blocked
to leave a letter in a mail box even if it's locked
figured a lower case i would fit through the slot
considering all options from A to Z and what not

with no reservations try to stay cool
why summer snowmen play the fool
party at a hotel jacuzzi now fire it up
little moonlite shine to pour up a cup

crashed the party to say goodbye
broken clocks ticking time on by
wasted whispers or a gold mine
love fakes the real dotted line.

little moonlite shine to pour up a cup
strawberry better than blackberry, up
we went into cripple creek, sprung a leak
tipped over, red rover come over, pique

my interest more than pinterest, but
loses me at loser claim to be, we'll see
real or fake quest bore us to wrest a plea
booze be the schmoozer we find in our gut

real or fake quest bore us to wrest a plea
only rumor believe me there's nothing to see
so go West over the Sierra then left on the Middle
past Angels camp where retired miners play fiddle

while telling tales of burying lost pirate treasures
written about a trail blazed by dots and measures
put in point near the unsinkable Molly's homestead
too far to walk so take a birch bark canoe instead

literally or figuratively can't remember which
helps backing up boat trailers if you have a hitch
side view mirrors a rear window without a curtain
even with free gimme hats nothing's for certain

out in the wilderness in awe and rapture
a feeling in words that is hard to capture
no guarantee they were there to be found
rubies and diamonds weighed over a pound

left the rest hidden in an Oro mountain crevasse
wrapped in space blankets and some camo canvas
plan to return when the wind chills after summer
with a new kayak and an all wheel drive Hummer
