Notice: Forums will be shutdown by June 2019

To focus on better serving our members, we've decided to shut down the POF forums.

While regular posting is now disabled, you can continue to view all threads until the end of June 2019. Event Hosts can still create and promote events while we work on a new and improved event creation service for you.

Thank you!

Well I say this. Create a daily schedule and complete them, so that by the end of the day you feel accomplished. Right your daily goals and do them. So that you don't have to worry about it when you hit the hey. I say this because usually people who work all day tend to review the days work and sometimes that keeps you awake all night. Do what you need to do during your day and manage time for sleep. If you need 2 hours to sleep, then set that time aside. Another thing trying to catch that rebound during the weekend won't help. It just keeps accumulating. It's better if you have a constant sleep pattern.
