The worst thing a woman ever said was "I was seeing this guy I met on-line when my ex came and hit him on the head with a hammer"..wait...what? like that was going to make me want to date her?!

There is a happy medium. A guy that is to nice will rush ahead of you to open the door. A happy medium is a guy that opens the door for you and says "Any chance to check out your ass!"

Neverlikedtherain: Yeah, cuz giving a woman a compliment these days is translation for automatically trying to get in your pants? (Rollseyes)how about maybe he's just trying to be, oh I dont know......NICE?

Another "all men are this" posts.

My point was obviously untrue compliments are ridiculous....try saying something you actually mean.

- "I won't have sex until marriage"
- "You're a really nice guy, but..."
- "Oh sorry I'm busy".. ... (repeats next few times in a row I ask to meet up with her)
- Has a large circle of male friends

If it's in an online profile, whenever I read anything along the lines of:
1) "Hey I'm fun I'm a 420 girl I like to party and drink a lot"
2) I have a child(ren)
3) I hate cheaters
4) I hate liars
5) Anything about exes

^^^ lol, I usually play along and say something like "really? I'll call my friends in the FBI and advise them to get in on this deal too, they should be interested. Where do they send the money?" or something to that effect. Gets em every time.

why put yourself in a position to have no money ...

Because sometimes a person has no choice. Consider that job markets for educated people does result in fierce competition for the few available positions. And employers not seeking educated peoples put us at a disadvantage. When the market went flat in my career field I took the step and continued on in school. Even though I had to suck it up and move back home the end result is paying high dividends.

I had a guy show me porn on his phone, ask me several times what kind of panties and bra I was wearing, was taking pictures of me and sending them to his friends (to convince them to come 'join' us because I was so cute!) and wanted to know if there was an ATT store near my home he can go to in the morning....WTF? This was a first meeting. I could not get rid of him and some big black dude ended up making him leave, and danced with me the rest of the night. lol. We went out to dinner a couple of times too. lol

Profiles that say: "I'm looking for somebody who will make me laugh".
Here's an idea: Hire a clown.

"I won't have sex until marriage"

I didn't have a problem when a woman told me that; we had several dates after that.
