Wait ...LOL.. LOL. I.... Wait.. OK....

Now some lesbian couples are suing new jersey to find that they have a medical disorder so that the state can pay for artificial insemination as "fertility treatment."

So this lesbianism is a disorder? And they Should be fertile Together but because of the Disorder they are not?

The disorder is in their heads and of anyone going along with this craziness.

Wait ...LOL. ...wh.... LOL.

Its a disorder that they want to have a baby. . . .together.... Uh, sure.

SNL couldn't come up with anything this hilarious.

The world is insane.

Do you know how many people have to lie to some government agency in order to get help in many ways. Some have had to lie so they can get medical treatment or mental health help or food stamps. Some have lied and gone bankrupt and lied some more to get cancer treatment.

So go ahead and laugh Dee. I hope you and yours never, ever NEED anything that you can't supply.

BTW, many provinces and states pay for fertility treatment (many don't). Do you know how much fertility treatment costs? Do you know anyone that has actually gone through fertility treatment? I do. So if these women live in a state that makes them LIE in order to get treatment paid for or partially paid for......it's the fault of the state and ignorant people.

Two lesbians calling it a medical condition that they can't conceive, together, is like you saying that your not having a Ram's horn is a medical condition and therefore the state should pay for you to get one.

You are right. People do lie to get free stuff.

This is beyond a "lie." This is crazy.

Do you actually have a link for this so we can read all about what your are talking about. Or a newspaper article or tv news or something? It would be nice to actually read this from a source rather than someone who apparently doesn't have much love or respect for the LGTBQ community.

And why is this so far fetched to you, haven't you always said this was a mental condition?

Kim Davis's Anti-Gay Views Are Going To Cost Her State Big Time
A judge ruled Kentucky liable for legal fees in Davis's case.
07/22/2017 07:41 EDT | Updated 07/22/2017 07:41 EDT

Two years after Kim Davis first made national headlines, her anti-marriage equality case is closed, at least for now ― but it will come at a cost to local taxpayers.

Davis, who is the county clerk for Kentucky’s Rowan County, steadfastly refused to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples in the wake of the Supreme Court’s 2015 ruling on marriage equality, citing her religious beliefs. Though Davis was briefly jailed for contempt of court, she went on to become the darling of right-wing conservatives, including former Republican presidential hopefuls Ted Cruz and Mike Huckabee.

On Friday, a federal judge awarded $222,695 in legal fees to the attorneys of four couples ― two same-sex, two opposite-sex ― who were denied marriage licenses by Davis. (The clerk briefly refused to issue licenses to all couples in 2015 as her legal troubles began to mount.) However, U.S. District Judge David Bunning ordered the state, as opposed to Davis herself, to pay the fees.

^^^^^That is the way it is in Federal Court. If an attorney takes a position that is frivolous...the client pays the legal fees of the prevailing side... in this case the client is the State. Often the attorneys are jointly liable for the fees.....depends on the facts and circumstances. There was no legal basis to not issue the license... and no argument that could have been made that in any way could have been considered meritorious. If you were a lawyer Frank, you would likely be sanctioned all of the time if you took positions in Court you so often take on this board . . .because you are so full of BS.

Dee too would be sanctioned if she made a legal argument that Gays were mentally ill.

The Federal Courts are generally very conservative.... but one thing they don't like dealing with is total bullshit

So in case you missed it.

It seems that the bigot know as Kim Davis who has already cost the tax payers over $220,000 with her attempts to impose her personal views as a government official is running for office one again.

I can only image those fiscally minded conservatives must be outraged at the waste and also the disrespect of the constitution, or maybe they will show their true colors by disregarding those things that claim to care about and get behind her.

Once-jailed Kentucky anti-gay-marriage clerk Kim Davis to seek re-election

By Associated Press

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) -- The Kentucky county clerk jailed for refusing to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples will run for re-election in 2018, facing voters for the first time since her protest against gay marriage in rural Appalachia provoked a national uproar.

Kim Davis could face a familiar foe: A gay man to whom she refused to issue a marriage license said he's seriously considering running against her.
