Yeah... it all sounds good... when said THAT way... but once you dig into it a bit... it becomes obvious that... his "little plan" will run into all sorts of legal and treaty barriers... opening the US up to liabilities under chapters 11 and 19... as well as WTO claims...

The plan would spend so much time before arbitration and hearings... and likely followed by court challenges and appeals... that Trump would be out of office... and the US liable for hundreds of millions... if not billions... in liabilities... before any of it saw the actual light of day...

There is no "may be" about it... Almost every one of the items he brought up... is problematic in terms of one or more lawful obligations to which the US is bound... He will sponsor a "field day" for arbitrations and court challenges...

The precedents... the present facts... all support that... it isn't "theory"... or "may be"... It is a certainty... borne because of those obligations...

But then again... the right-wing fascination with "belief" over "fact"... and "theory" over "reality"... will lead them to screech "But it COULD be..."... no matter how certain the fact or reality... Your "may be" is ample evidence of that...

Remember when our government banned a gasoline additive because it was bad for health and the environment? We got sued and had to pay a 9 figure settlement to an American company. Trump's proposals that you listed violate so many NAFTA provisions that Americans would see 60 cents out of every dollar they earn going to Mexico for a decade to pay off the penalty.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton apparently does not realize that when one finds herself in a hole, she should stop digging. Do they think putting-up these amateurish roadblocks will cause investigators, FBI agents, the AG, and others just to get back in their cars and simply depart because the BlackBerry was lost in a "tragic deep-sea fishing excursion" or whatever implausible excuse they are going to offer?

He is a larger than life personality with a bombastic personality that demands attention and sucks the life blood out of all others who oppose him.

We need to donate to Trump’s campaign. Even if he does not need the money he will appreciate those of us who demonstrate that we back him.

I love how Mr. Trump will seek to bring jobs back to Americans from low-level to professionals like engineers.

The google chump Zucker… and Bill Gates want to bring in (and have) thousands of foreigners to replace Americans working in their conglomerates.
Here in South Cal jobs that were formerly filled by teens and seniors ie grocery store clerks, fast food, etc. are now all filled by Mexicans.
Porters, maid in hotels were usually shared by black and white Americans now are all filled by Mexicans as are most office jobs and bank positions. You’d be hard pressed to walk into a BoA or WF and find anything other than Mexicans.

That wall on our southern border is vital. The thousands of kids, with their moms, that we allowed to swarm in here last year are now suing the states for failing to process them more quickly. The gall!

here in Clearwater Florida we don't have fences or walls to keep people out, political sign wavers nor Black "Lies" Matter demonstrators blocking the roads to the beaches.

instead we have warm crystal clear seas, piers, boogie boards, tiki bars and palm trees swaying in the breeze while beautiful long haired well built woman wearing tini-bikinis prance about not only on the sugary white sand but in the shops, thorough fares and stores on a regular basis. the dance clubs play Motown, Disco and today's Top 20 and they start at one in the afternoon beginning on Tuesday through Sunday all day long and into the night, many clubs closing in the wee hours. I especially like the open air rooftop clubs where you dance under the stars with the silvery moonshine glistening to light up the Gulf of Mexico blue waters.

I've seen the Rays play the Indians at Tropicana and I have two tickets near the 50 yard line for the upcoming Buccaneers - Browns game at month's end. Raymond James Stadium is just up the street next to the Yankees spring training field. they let us watch the Bucs practice close up ON THE SIDELINES not in the stands!

I love to take my various dates out to eat at Bon Appetit and The Black Pearl on the Dunedin Gulf Coast and look out the 8 foot high windows at the gigantic orange sun slide slowly into the Gulf Of Mexico. you can even see the water SIZZLE as it does so. I always make sure that my dates have a drink in hand at that moment and toast to making memories. so far in two months I've dated two NY girls, a Rhode Island girl, a Ukrainian and now there's Katherine from Glasgow with a lilting Scottish brogue that just make your heart smile when you hear her speak.

yes, all is well here in the land of sun and sand and i'm looking forward to November and December when the temperature cools to the mid 70's and I can wear my camel hair jacket and French cuff shirts with my 007 cuff links.

Well time will tell as to which side is crying in the end.

I really don't think Hillary will survive this one and I hope Jeb Bush is gone before the last Republican standing.
Although I disagree on policy I like Biden.
Trump is going to be very hard to beat.
He is riding a wave now and if it continues till the early Primaries he will be tough to beat because nothing he says seemingly can derail him.
