because all Satan was doing was testing Faith,

No shyt!
but if you were capable of reading clearly, you'd see that the means & circumstances were different!

Satan proved that JOB had Faith but lack intelligence and prove that Jesus had intelligence but lacked Faith

The circumstances were differnt but both were intelligent enough to know not to make any irrational decisions.
both had enough faith to tell Satan to go to Hell!

clearly if Jesus was God he wouldn't have died ...

This is likely the words of Satan spoken through your mouth (or typed by your fingers); for the purpose of trying to dupe the ignorant into to drawing the same idiotic conclusions that you have been doing.

WTF else would the "father" had sent his "son" down here if it wasn't to die for the cause of redemption.
Did you think he came here for the ambiance?

if he was the Son his Father wouldn't allow him to die until his mission was over

His mission would never have been fullfilled had he'd drank satan's kool-aid;
and woulda got his ass tossed into Hell the moment he hit the ground falling.

the fact that Man is not back in the garden of Eden

The Garden of eden represents a state of primordial innocence; man could never go back to that anymore than a porn star could go back to being a virgin.

only proves that Jesus never died for or removed the original sins of Adam and Eve

His job wasn't to REMOVE the original sin (which is why we can't go back to the Garden "state" of existence)
His job was to COVER original sin through his sacrificial & un-tempted death
Which means that if you reject the blood sacrifice, then your ass is not covered, and death bed conversions ain't valid!

but seriously why did you name yourself "yule Liquor"

Why? So all the stoners could ask me why I named myself YL.

and since Satan ...oops..er.. I meant since "yule liquor" is the closest thing to being a Christian here

If YL=satan, then how could I be the "closest thing to being christian"

see "yule liquor" I hooked you up with "Aprilovesrosasblancas" .

I'm sure there would a heavy price for me to pay to you (my soul) as per the fine print; If we make that deal!

`````````````````````````````````````````````
Now, about a pic of Yule in “all his glory”......well....... wouldn't be a bad idea.
Unfortunately it would not be a good idea because I'm too well endowed in the "pants"; and then every woman on POF would be flooding my mail box asking for my "services"; and I don't like to turn anybody down. I'm just too generous and giving in that regard!
Besides, I would not want to make Funch any more sick and depressed with envy
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Argument_terminology_used_in_logic.png
the problem with this is, this sets a limit of what could be done within the system
consider:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuzzy_logic
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dialetheism
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paraconsistent_logic
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paradox
some 'philosophical arguments', consists of experience that cannot be explained using logic, reason, language, and will never mean anything to a person who has never had this experience. Usually the words are put over the experience, only to refer to that experience, but some people mistakenly take the word as the meaning of the experience itself
the problem with this is, this sets a limit of what could be done within the system
It is only a problem for me if you can show fuzzy or paracontradictory arguments have been made in the forum, in which case I will concede at least some of us may be here to argue at a non-boolean philosophical level for at least some of the time.
some 'philosophical arguments', consists of experience that cannot be explained using logic, reason, language, and will never mean anything to a person who has never had this experience.
How is it an argument in that case? Who are you arguing with - yourself? I think you describe not arguments, but physiology.
Self-identification is not equivalent to externally enforced constraints. That there have been barriers imposed upon me does not mean that I must limit my mind accordingly. To the contrary.
on a philosophical level and argument is what you want it to be
I think not, but I would be happy to be convinced if you can provide sufficient reason.
Try cashing a check with anything other than a check.
If you don't provide an argument, you're not here to argue the point. At most you're here to assert the point. Hence msg 320.
Some of philosophy, especially those of metaphysics, do not fit within this system of logic, it is primarily experiential.
How is it an argument in that case? Who are you arguing with - yourself? I think you describe not arguments, but physiology.
Not just that, but experience, and there doesn't have to be an argument, the argument usually comes after other people critique the system.
I could state my system, then you could critique it using your own or a system of logic. There's the argument
why?
Research yourself, and find out.
Anyway, I recently found out about "Terence McKenna's "Stoned Ape" Theory of Human Evolution", which I thought of myself before stumbling across it.
either way you will need Self-Identification
Ah, I see. You would like to know how to use such self-identification? Like any concept you can use it in your mind to greatest effect and in the mind of others to the extent they are willing to consider it. The checks you can cash depend upon the concept... in this case the cash may take forms such as a reduction of nationalist fervour, and an increase in cooperation for the common good of all humanity.
if that's your belief system then good, but trying to restrict others to your beliefs contradicts your argument
So you get the irony as well now? Then my work here is done.
Every belief/philosophical system is wrong.
The best philosophy, is to have no philosophy.
Do you see the irony in this?
self-identification
The I, the self, and the other, are both abstract concepts, specifically social/cultural constructs.
Who are you? The correct question is, 'What are you?' But some people will still answer with social constructs, teacher, student, plumper.
The best answer is 'I don't know'. Or I know 'I don't know what I am'.
'Negation of the Law of Identity': There are no things.
Anyway, I recently found out about "Terence McKenna's "Stoned Ape" Theory of Human Evolution", which I thought of myself before stumbling across it.
think about it...you're in the jungle high on shrooms so what's the odds that you will survive the night without either accidentally killing yourself or being eaten by a Predator ....perhaps Darwin's theory "Survival of the fittest" should be applied to the Stoned Ape equation
it seems more like Terrence MsKenna is trying to provide reasons why people should get stoned and trying to equate it as to being scientific research...but his drug induced state doesn't provide the test subject with any "new" or "new unknown knowledge"
you should check out the Sci-fi movie "Altered States" it provides a better insight into Hallucinatory drugs and consciousness in which William Hurt experience difference forms of consciousness, evolution and unknown knowledge
the irony is that you're in the forum "mumbo jumbo-ing" about how your mind is not bound by any restrictions but then posted a Wikipedia link and restricted your mind to what was printed on the page as if it was gospel and shouldn't be challenge ....unrestricted minds do not post Wikipedia links to hide behind, they prefer to use their own "original thoughts" only
Funch says-->why?
mmmmm, I guess because he wants to emulate you!
JOB's Faith got his entire family wiped out
I guess you didn't read the conclusion (chapter 42), or perhaps your Master whited that part out!
JOB was righteous, wise, & wealthy, but he had NO balls.
Which is why the Lord intervened, he knew that he was gonna resist Satan, but it wasn't enough
But he wanted more for JOB (read chapter 40); to be ALL he could be!
and it displayed how God could care less
If God hadn't cared, he would have never brought JOB to his splendor by realizing his potential; the very opposite your Master has done with you!
Jesus supposedly could walk on water then jump off the cliff and hover
Jesus walked on water ON HIS OWN TERMS!
If Satan had said to him: "If you are truly the son of God, then walk on this body of water, surely the father won't allow you to drown", and if Jesus would have agreed to it, he woulda SUNK like a Fckn rock! Guaranteed!
He who is holy does not allow the unholy to lead him around; anymore than a Captain of a boat allow a common sailor to give the orders
the only logical answer points to child abuse ..some people hate their children
If the almighty hated his children, he would never have offered them a chance at salvation. He woulda sent them all straight to hell without a hearing!
reattach the hymen and she's a virgin again
Is that what your Master got you when you on your birthday when you asked him for a virgin? he got you a re-cycled virgin and made you believe it was the real deal!
...relocate people back into the Garden of Eden and they're there again
You mean the one in present day Iraq?
Sure, why don't you go there and look around, and let us know how you make out!
Pple walk and talk with Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Trump, etc
But that doesn't mean they all turn into Billionaires
sock puppets don't move on their own, but PYTHONS do!
Some can even talk!
they became extinct because they were not evolved enough to discover (yule) liquor, so to keep them warm for when the big freeze came upon them.
Possibly, because you want to hear my reason as to why I would, maybe because you were/are interested in it, or you want to hear if I have an intelligent answer as to why I would.
I don't think I have the answer you are looking for, which is why I told you to go research yourself.
Simply to me: It is a way to make constant phenomenon, unconstant.
I've tripped on LSD quite a few times in my life. It's a lot of fun. haven't tripped since I was in my early twenties though. If I could find it I'd do it again, but you usually have to have a lot of connections to come across it, and the drug scene is something that I gave up a long time ago. LSD is actually the only drug I really miss.
I'm gonna have everything planned out when I take it, I won't just be randomly taking it while sitting in my room one day, like **** it I just wanna get high, type of thing, like the posts above seem to suggest.... ugh.. ignorance.
If I can't find it, I could possibly synthesize it myself. Which would probably only require organic 2 chemistry (+ gen chemistry 1 & 2). Well see how this chemistry degree thing works out...
Watch the sun rise, make sure that there are some clouds on the horizon. You can see them breathing and pulsating, like living things.
Make sure you can see the stars. Look strait up and spin in a circle.
Turn out all the lights and make sounds like an echo (no echos necessary) with a friend. Feels like your on a giant stage.
Turn out all the lights except the back porch light draw the curtain on the sliding glass door and have your girlfriend dance in front of the light.
In Los Vegas the night sky is the most amazing shade of purple - no stars though :(. And the strip is an amazing place to be. Me and a group of my friends got lost in the mirage for like 45 minutes. Its was like a maze. We kept trying to get out but some how we would walk for a little while and then end up right back where we started.
those are the only repeatable experiences I've had that I can think of right now.
Never said I didn't try LSD (many yrs ago), while in the company of peers, where we took a small amount. Each had a different experience. Mine was an uneasy restlessness (almost panicky) experience and lost track of time. I didn't feel right for the following week or so. Never took it again, as I had no further desire to do so.
LSD can cause pronounced psychotic like effects but it may not be the worst offender. Over time, there has been enough evidence to show that Marijuana is far worse.
http://www.schizophrenia.com/newsletter/buckets/drugs.html
This became more apparent to me when I worked in the mental health field. Many of those stricken almost invariably had a history of either single (usually pot) or mixed drug/alcohol usage. There were those who were genetically endowed with mental illness but this constituted a smaller percentage.
On balance, it all boils down to what you value.
Mine is in the clarity of my mental faculties as long as possible, as it is the linch-pin to independence & success.
We called it the "jelly feeling" - that on edge feeling you get in your chest and lounges - you get the jelly you know you're startin' to trip. I love that feeling though. Never made me uneasy or panicky.
oo, here is another good one. Streetlights have a really amazing affect on medium sized gangly bushes, like grease bushes if you are from the desert. They glow like they are radiating energy and if the wind is blowing a little you get this weird effect like the thing could at any moment pull up its roots and start walking around. A lot of fun to just stair at. Don't know what kind of bushes you would look for in other parts of the world that may produce a similar effect.
Oh! watch the short cartoon of the man playing chess from the beginning of "a bugs life", but make sure your frying really good first. If you haven't seen that short yet, don't watch it until you fry. It's called "Geri's Game."
Like Yule I'm not interested in taking LSD or similar drugs. I've never even tried weed. I have waaay too many issues with the whole idea because of majoring in medicinal chemistry long ago. At a minimum I would want to assay it for purity and concentration, and start with a low dose. At a pinch, testing on lab rats/undergrads first would be better than nothing.
