Pelosi may have her issues, but because of her the Dems will NEVER run outta she just corralled $25 Million. Since she came on board in 2002, she raised over $ 600 million for the Dems.

As far as the Dems "never winning"...why don't you guzzle down a 1/2 quart, and then go bet all your belongs on that outcome!

^^^ then time for a new party outside of the two party system that's taken seriously or a fresh new blood infusion of the existing parties.

It is happening on the democratic side.

Donald Trump’s War on Scientists Has Had One Big Side Effect
More than a dozen Democratic candidates with scientific backgrounds are running for Congress.
Tim MurphyJul. 31, 2017 8:36 AM

There’s something different about the crop of Democrats running for Congress in 2018. As in previous years, the party has recruited a small army of veterans in high-profile races and in Republican-held districts. There are loads of state legislators, business owners, and government officials.

But the candidates also include a volcanologist who’s worried that her favorite research spot will be opened up for development; an aerospace engineer who’s running against the climate-denying head of the House Science Committee; a pediatrician who spends part of the year treating leprosy patients in Vietnam; and a physicist who worries what budget cuts would mean to the federal research facility where she spent her career.

All told, more than a dozen Democratic candidates with science backgrounds have announced their candidacies for Congress or are expected to in the coming months. The boomlet of STEM-based candidates amounts to a minor seismic event in a community where politics and research have traditionally gone together like sodium and water. Trump has been in office just six months, but he’s already done something remarkable—he’s gotten scientists to run for office.

Red state victory: Iowa Democrat wins special election in district Trump won by 21 points
By Matthew Chapman | August 9, 2017

At the state and local level, Republicans have found themselves struggling to remain competitive in special elections as the backlash against Donald Trump continues to grow.

Recently, Republicans in New Hampshire suffered a blow after failing to flip a Democratic-held seat in a conservative area where they very much had the advantage. Now, they are facing a similar defeat in Iowa.

Phil Miller, a local large-animal veterinarian and Democratic candidate, defeated GOP candidate Travis Harris in the special election for Iowa’s 82nd House District. Miller took 54 percent of the vote to Harris’s 44 percent.

It’s the 14th special election Democrats have won since Trump’s election.

This district, heavily rural and close to the Illinois border, was already held by Democrats. But the previous representative, Curt Hanson, who died in June, had benefitted from incumbency, and although the district contains relatively even numbers of registered Democrats and Republicans, it voted for Trump by a 21-point margin. So the Republican was a heavy favorite to win.

The win was a triumph of skillful candidate recruiting, and further evidences the nationwide atmosphere of resentment toward Trump.

Of course, with your graduate degree in word salad, it's not surprising you have no idea what anyone, who is an expert linguist, says or means.

Bannon has also claimed that focusing on fascism will hurt at voting time, b/c people vote for their paycheck, not social issues. The cynic in me says he's not wrong. Still, at NotSoBrightbart, he has an excellent chance at driving a wedge right into the GOP, if he does as much "Barbarianism" as he promises. Of course, he is a self promoter and he will be preaching to the choir. But hey, if he wishes to destroy the GOP by driving an ideologue wedge right down its middle, all the power to him. All the Dems need to do is pull a centrist no one's heard of, out of their hat, come election time. A few more racist statements, and we'll all see which neighbors of ours' are willing to put out a Chump sign on the front lawn. Might as well be a scarlet swastika, 1944

But Bannon better get started talking about Afghanistan. The MOAB didn't do a thing, we aren't going to win hearts and minds, we aren't going to be isolationist anymore, we're just going to kill, and Bannon wants mercenaries and Chump wants troops, and the Pentagon has more generals in the White Again House than the State Department has people willing to sue for peace. If you think this sounds like the neocons in the Bush White House before they went to ain't kidding. trumpets feared voting for HRC would get them mired into war, and guess what? You voted for it anyway! You're going to get exactly what you feared, and a war debt on top of that Schitt Sundae.

chump, meanwhile, looked at the eclipse without glasses (probably b/c he wasn't fast enough to sell his gold-sprayed brand of them), and as a result, now when he says, "I can't see racism", he doesn't have to cross his fingers behind his back.

I think that's what Dipsy's actual problem is... She's in desperate need of the services of a... "cunning linguist"...

Unfortunately... I doubt she fully appreciates the importance of... olfaction... in securing those services... given the "cheesiness" of her commentary...

I see that irish and gto and their aliases have nothing substantive in response.
Just more ad hominem, juvenile talk and self tittilation.

Clearly they have read the multiple sources but want to pretend that they haven't.

That's fine.

Whatever works for you to mentallty survive.

I see that derpy dee does not understand that she just contradicted herself.

1st she makes up a claim and then gives a non-response.

Either way, she is just like kj, you ask her a question and she just runs and hides in the corner or at best comes back with a non-answer about how she is butt hurt.

So let's once again test that theory:

hey KJ, I see you are dodging and running away from your claim:

She wouldn't need to, Frank. She ran her own pay for play "charity" slush fund.

No need to happened. ;)

Are you going to admit you cannot back this up, or will you continue to deflect and dodge?

I look forward to your juvenile non response which will prove me correct.
