As there really isn't one in English, one might have to borrow from Italian
And so it may be Donella, Donetta, or Donatella, the latter two of which are too diminutive
And, as diminution wouldn't do for a world-leader, it would be better to adopt the name Donny
(with permission of the Osmonds, of course). Therefore Donnie would stand for Donald; and Donny, for Donna
