Yet, he won the election, against a career criminal ......

Talking about career criminals ..... remind me again who is the one who paid $25 million dollars in the Trump University fraud case, and is currently under investigation by the Special Counsel.

How many members of Comrade Trump campaign associates have been indicted, and how many guilty pleas?

"No need to get your panties in a twist, I just thought it was a funny protest."

Lol tis ok mate. My knickers do not tend to get in a twist. As you will be aware the vast majority of posters from over the pond know nada about things happening in the uk.

Aye the blimp is something of a different way to protest. But it does not alter the fact that those who are doing the protest with the blimp are very very wealthy snowflakes. It is what it is though...........

Flowers
DD is quite correct in what he says. In my opinion the working class here would be mainly indifferent to president the donalds visit. The snowflakes can protest all they want. But life for the vast majority will carry on......

Irene
"Trump has serious issues, he's a racist, misogynist, liar. No idiot like him will bring this country to it's knees."

Has president the donald said he would bring the uk to it's knees?
The saintly obama told us (although it has been shown he used words that call me dave cameron the pm at the time) we would go to the bottom of the pile regarding trade...........

"I do think it's bad we're leaving the EU, not just for the jobs that we've already lost and the ones that are going to go elsewhere but because the EU covers a lot of our rights here also, including workers rights."

I thought brexit was fantastic. But it seems you will get your way. Brexit has been betrayed. What did the eu do to protect jobs?

Look up viking and laval european court rulings. The eu court ruled that making profit is more important than workers rights.

As for the eu 'protecting workers rights' lie i say look at the laval and viking rulings. The uk parliament at westmonster have given workers more rights than brussels have.

Remember the working time directive? You could only work so many hours per week? The uk got an exemption. Firms here could make you work more hours than other eu endlaved workers. Why was that?...............

"Gov. have to adhere to those if we stay in the EU, once we leave then they won't be accountable any more."

But they never had to..............

"Nobody in the elite world is going to fk us over unless it benefits them to, they're happy with the global economy right now because so many people are already being exploited and of course losing workers rights will benefit them even more."

What 'rights' would we have lost then?...............

"I honestly don't expect any country to prioritise us anyway but if we had to be self sufficient here we could be, our food would just be less exotic and our electronics probably inferior and more expensive but they'd still work, probably our meat consumption would have to be restricted also but that doesn't bother me either and i think it's a bonus more than anything else."

So brexit would have been a good thing then?...............

"It could even get the ball rolling for true socialism because we wouldn't be able to afford stuff from abroad either or our credit wouldn't be seen a good enough and so people refuse to trade. The only people this affects really are the rich, are they gonna fk themselves? No."

Citizens in englandshire unfortunately do not have much choice. The tories or barking london labour (not many years back the folk who make up london labours shadow cabinet were in favour of dismantling our security forces.

"John McDonnell Explains 'Cock-Up' Of Posing With Letter Saying MI5 Should Be Disbanded"

"I have literally zero faith in politics."

Agree with that...........

"Our conservatives MPs said leaving the EU would mean less immigrants able to come here to steal our jobs and welfare and it would stop NHS tourists, lol, as if that was the reason why they were underfunding these things."

Who spoke of stealing jobs? The workers who came here were and still are exploited as cheap labour. Why did the eu allow cheap labour? I thought they were pro worker?

Brexit has been betrayed anyway. All those who voted remain have won. Come the next election we will have our revenge on those who betrayed us.

I hate the eu with a vengeance. Faceless unelected dafties making rules.

The parties with influence said that about immigrants, i was on about the Tories specifically but UKip also said it, possibly some other independents who don't get any air time also said it. I don't follow politics that much that i'd know a lot about independent parties.
And my opinion on brexit is that it isn't a positive, i didn't vote on it itself because i had no idea at the time how it would affect us and why we should care to leave or not. I did have an idea that extra money for the NHS was a lie though because tory actions are never about investing in social care (they even lied about making working families better off and that was one of their election policies). You do have a lot more rights under the EU but you'd likely have to go to court to try to enforce them so maybe that was a moot point, most people won't think to go to court to protect themselves or probably won't have the funds to do that anyway.

I agree on working people being poorly paid mostly, we wouldn't still have an extensive social system if the majority of people were paid a living wage. I worked full time just before the minimum wage was brought in and had a wage that would no way cover rent for my own place, it is sad to see that this is still legal because of things like part time work not paying well and not having the same protections that full time work has as well as all the training schemes that exist and are exploitation rather than training. I don't understand why our welfare economy covers wage top ups and therefore keeps businesses in business that do not pay it's employees a living wage (whether they can afford to pay them or not).

I don't subscribe to this way of pitting parties or politicians against themselves so that the one doing the worst thing can say well the other did something bad too. I believe you hold the people responsible for their decisions as accountable. I have a problem with Trump right now and he is the one in power but not in my country so i am active against the tories as here i can make a difference.
I'm not a labour supporter if you're thinking that though.

Someone else said trump would bring this country to it's knees and i was wondering how and why that person would want him to.

Glad to know you are so well to do that you won't need Social Security when you turn 62-66.

Lets see, I wasn't dumb enough to drink to excess every weekend. I didn't do drugs-at all. My weight stayed the same since age 25. Exercise was and still is an everyday event. I eat correctly, and only eat out a couple times a year.

And you're so involved with CNN that you believe everything they utter is the god's honest truth.

Like his taxes?

Personally, I find the mutual ironic taunts of politicians/political parties pretty funny.

Unlike Trump who seems to have no sense of humor.

"I'm just waiting for the day Chump takes a leak on your back and tells you its raining"

>>ironic, I thought that phrase captured the supporters' actions--Max Boot had an interesting editorial:

"The entire Republican platform can now be reduced to three words--anything Trump says"

PR, didn't you say you quit smoking? Sometimes that helps keep the weight down, but I do hope it doesn't cause issues in the future. This recent messing around with health insurance ain't gonna help no one.

meanwhile, telling Germany it buys too much natural gas from Russia is interesting--who else should they have bought it from? we just started fracking recently, and i'll bet the cost to ship isn't cheap.

This fat mendacious mf...

Trump denies he criticized British prime minister after criticizing her

https://www.cnn.com/2018/07/13/politics/trump-uk-visit-theresa-may/index.html

Trump: 'Fake News,' I Didn't Criticize UK's Prime Minister

*

Has this SOB gotten so bold that he thinks he can say ANYTHING and we'll doubt what we previously heard with our own ears? This Sun interview was not merely printed based on what he said to them in "private" -- they *recorded* him saying those things and are playing them back to the public, with his own mouth, in his own voice, and yet he's still trying to claim he didn't say what everyone clearly heard him say in the Sun interview:

"I told her how to do it. That will be up to her to say. But I told her how to do it. She wanted to go a different route," Trump said, adding that May "didn't listen." "She should negotiate the best way she knows how, but it's too bad what's going on."

"I didn't criticize the prime minister. I have a lot of respect for the prime minister," Trump said (when asked at the press conference after the Sun article was released)

And, of course, all his enablers and worshippers as usual will let him get away with it, making excuses, claiming the interpretations of what he originally said are incorrect, crying "Fake news" just like Trump did (despite the fact that Fox News' Rupert Murdoch owns the Sun, too) --

I mean, this has just gotten too absurd. We are no longer living in a real world. This is just all an illusion and I'm ready to wake up.

What about a potential motorcycle accident?

Actually, I haven't watched CNN since I cut the cord & started using streaming TV only.

I don't believe anything that anyone utter's is the God's honest truth.

^ Re 34 & 35: ... and in the face of that farce, 12 more Russian indictments today, prior to the Liar-In-Chief meeting with Putin on Monday, where he may or may not even mention the issue of election interference in his "secret" meeting with only two interpreters present to ever know what was truly said. Both Putin and Trump will come away from it with a continuation of their lies while Trump is being played like a fiddle. At the rate he keeps getting played by despots, he's going to soon have an entire band playing Hail to the Idiot.

At least there's no report of Trump insulting the Queen during their tea time together, since Trump has a habit of insulting and bullying people. no matter who it is, to build up his fragile ego. I see he's going to spend the weekend at his golf resort in Scotland. Since Trump is so concerned about bringing jobs back to America-at least he pretends to be, why doesn't he shut down the Scottish course and open up another one in the U.S. that will provide jobs for Americans? Why is he helping out the Scottish economy by providing jobs for the Scots?

The “Baby Trump Balloon” was such a Pathetic Disappointment! I expected so much more, but it wasn’t Trump making the Deals.

Trump would’ve had a Magnificent Blimp flying over London and the UK would’ve paid for it lol

OMG this is so funny!

I haven't seen The Trump blimp but I have seen partial glimpses . I don't care let people be. I wouldn't have marched . In fact given his political opponents ( the creeps in both parties that have gutted the American working class ) I find myself often cheering him on.

He seems to have made a peace in Syria ( with Putin) And in North Korea ( with xi jinping ) that only he could have done, that benefits more than the usual war mongering kleptocracy. Let's see.

The economy is in a 70 year credit bubble. Like all presidents why touch it. His re-election chances would be zero. He can soothe hurt feelings as he goes out the door. This is someone that might not kill too many Muslims and Asians. Why march before one has to.

>>>and if you have to deal with a Trumpanzee, and experienced their backstabbing, their gas lighting, their two-face personality,...you'll understand why that person sees absolutely nothing wrong w/ how Chump works.

"why won't Chump open up a new golf course to provide jobs to Americans?"

>>>b/c he'll still hire foreign labor...the hypocrisy, even Faux Spews finally noticed!

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/07/06/trumps-mar-lago-seeks-to-hire-61-foreign-workers.html

Seth Meyers is right, hypocrisy isn't a problem of the GOP, its their active policy.

"why is he helping out the Scottish economy?"

>>>same reason he's helping the Chinese by giving their companies a loophole in the tariffs. he gets a kickback.

"Trump would’ve had a Magnificent Blimp flying over London and the UK would’ve paid for it lol "

>>>yeah, like a border wall. The funny thing is, you didn't even find the obvious irony in your post :)

"He seems to have made a peace in Syria ( with Putin)"

>>>and Iran

"in North Korea ( with xi jinping ) that only he could have done"

>>>except Clinton did it in 94, and had the same results.

" He can soothe hurt feelings as he goes out the door."

>>hard to do with that deficit his tax cut for the wealthy is going to create.

" This is someone who might not kill too many Muslims and Asians."

Aye the blimp is something of a different way to protest. But it does not alter the fact that those who are doing the protest with the blimp are very very wealthy snowflakes. It is what it is though...........

All hundreds of thousands of them, in UK AND across the world ... since his election? LOL.

I find no comfort in knowing that people have sold out their rights, their wives and daughter's reproductive rights, and healthcare to keep their Conservative asswipes in side-gals, page boys, luxury cars, and high-sushi and think working two-to-three shite, low-paying job and scraping away is something to be proud of in exchange for getting back at "libtards." These are the snowflakes. Unfuqingbelievable.

The only redeemable thing I can see is people taking it upon themselves to chase these useless azzholes out of restaurants and other public places. It's about time.

And, NO, I'm not among the elite. I'm not wealthy. I worked my arse off (and not on my back), for what I have -- no handouts, no dine-n-dash opportunities with dates, no sleeping with rich gents, no scrubbing for some posh oxygen thief, and no voting for the filth of the Gross Old Perverts.

Shocking, those that don't like Trump, don't like him. Not a surprise. I saw the UK crowd protesting, and they looked like mutants. Probably a lot of shiftless people with no jobs, and nothing better to do with a lot of gender confusion.

Instead of actually putting in the effort to make their lives better, they want to suddenly blame it on new leadership. Instead of improving themselves, they snowflake it out by whinging in large crowds to think they're important, then the crowds disperse and they're back to being nobody again, and that makes then cry, boo hoo Sure, it's the government's fault that you're a loser. Two words, personal - responsibility, stop playing the blame game.

Where did this info come from, please cite the facts that show what low-grade people they are. This is sounding a bit hysterical. And no, I hate Trump because of what he is, but I would never fly a bashing balloon or march under one, but I can certainly understand why people are protesting against him. He is vile.

He's not the leader of their country, what are they protesting? They're still whinging, because they lost their election too. If you look at many protesters here and there, they look unkempt and dirty. They don't look like working people, just professionals at protesting.

Are you implying that the millions of Americans that participated in the 2017 Women's March everywhere in the United States protesting Comrade Trump are not Americans, are also unkempt and dirty professionals at protesting? Nice, this must be what a parallel universe is like.
