& Bill ? I don't believe the King Troll ( as you describe him) deleted KJ ..

Nope....like I said in the past.. the guy is a "pathological liar" and always assuming things that are not true and for which there is no evidence to support his claims.

"I don't believe the King Troll...deleted KJ"

You might be right, but we'll never know.

A bit more astonishing to me is the number of conservatives thrown off another website by a staff member. It's a writing website (Zoetrope) started by FFC, the famous director.

A few years ago there were easily over 50 members active on the forums. Not any more! When I left recently there were 5 Socialists (3 are trolls - 2 are even worse than our King Troll, but smarter and not as insane, of course.), 1 liberal Democrat, 1 conservative (a woman) and a woman living in India. (Occasionally a few others (Democrats) make postings a couple of times a week.)

You wouldn't believe what was said to the members who admitted they voted for Trump. Even my ex-wife never said things that bad about me.

[You wouldn't believe what was said to the members who admitted they voted for Trump. Even my ex-wife never said things that bad about me./] I left another forum over that. any topic eventually turned to trump bashing, than bashing anyone that supports him. it was often stated that they didn't understand why anyone would vote for him but when I gave multiple reasons, those were ignored and the hatred turned to me. I did not vote nor agree with everything he does but many (enough to get him elected) felt he could do better for 'the other half' that's been ignored for a decade!

Ben, or should I say Flick (for artflick).... I didn't bother with you here until you started up. Just remember.... every time you and I spar, I beat you hands down...for two primary reasons...(1) I know far more than you do about the things we spar about and (2) I am simply far smarter than you. You need to learn when to hold em and when to fold em Ben....You were never glib enough to take me on.... I have shown you to be the know nothing you have always been and always will be.

but you are better than me in managing to be beaten by cops...you were beat three times before you were 18, for no reason at all according to you. Me... even when I try, the cops are always respectful....... I guess it is white privilege. . . wonder what you have done to have destroyed that privilege in the past?

I was assaulted by cops 3 times prior to my 19th birthday. I never suggested they didn't have a reason. Can't you read?

Two cops wanted me to take them to the house were I had a few beers. They wanted to crash a going away party (a pal joined the marines). I refused to show them the house. So one cop slapped the side of my face many times - enough swelling to close one eye completely.

Is that too hard for you to understand? That's simple stuff. Only a fool would think that would never happen in America back in the 60s. Could you possibly be that stupid? It's hard to believe anyone could be that dim-witted.

The other two times were job related. Like a lot of kids in the 60s I worked after school selling magazine subscriptions door-to-door. A co-worker slipped a card into my stack. On the back it read 'Joe Blow, 98 Eat Me Ave., Suck Me RI."

Apparently I handed that card to a woman and she called the cops. My co-workers and I were brought down to the police station. One cop hit the back of my head with a large telephone book several times. Yeah, just like in the movies. He was trying to get me to confess to handing that card to a woman. I had no idea what he was talking about. I figured it out while we were driving back to the office. They should've fired the kid that did it. My boss told the cops he was going to fire me. Instead he told me to keep out of Taunton.

Was that really so hard for you to believe? Why? You constantly call me a liar without any explanation as to why you don't believe something that shouldn't be remotely unbelievable to anyone with a little common sense. Just a little!

Unless I'm kidding around (obvious to most people with a working brain) I'm a very honest person - always have been. That might be my only good quality - unless ya count having a lot of bucks and property to leave to my 3 kids.

It's sad you have difficulty understanding simple stuff. You might be a good guy - but I kinda doubt it.

Why troll me? What did I ever write that pissed you off prior to my mean responses to your trolling attacks?

Politically I think we might agree on most things. If Kj wasn't an attractive young woman, I think you might be trolling her instead of me.

I don't have the power of voting out other members, many people don't get that power, I have no reason why, but there you go, you are totally wrong. I haven't ever made a complaint against KJ, we disagree, she's made fun of my opinions, we are both fine. I have no idea if you have voted out other people. Why throw shade at me?

It's only conspiratory if we are participitational in it. It's only real if you let it be so..... JMO.

Trying to give Trump supporters a way out is silly, people voted for him because of what he is. There is no reason for them to 'get it', they get it, they wanted it. You don't accidentally vote for someone as corrupt as Trump without being a supporter of his well-known criminal activity. All politicians are guilty of things, all people are, but when you want someone like Trump, you are pretty hardcore.

Blaming people for voting the wrong way is what the rulers want us to do. Instead of preventing Trump from carrying out his agenda you're wasting your time attacking his scapegoat.

This lets you feel good about yourself. You can display your contempt for the bad man and your wisdom and courage will be rewarded with facebook likes and approval from your peers. But you're not doing anything to prevent Trump and the establishment from realizing their objectives.

You may not get this...but we are the rulers...we elect our local reps, our State reps and our National reps. Trump had no agenda other than to get elected. And given how badly Fly Over America has been doing on the economic front with their factories and everything else going overseas or closing down, with their wages stagnant for decade, they lashed out at those whom they felt responsible...in this case the Status Quo. And given how our Presidents, especially GWB and LBJ had no issue with sending our boys to war... I think many liked how Trump railed against that worthless war in Iraq costing us so much in blood, sweat, tears and money.

Your observations are classic conspiracy theory crap...when the answers about the whys are so simple to understand if you simply open your eyes.

^^^ Trump himself is a simple minded fellow...blames everybody else for his own failings, too ignorant to know just how much harm he has already caused to the country by his tax cuts, his polices of destruction of the environment, safety and consumer protections. Since he is a grifter, he believes all other grifters...like the for profit educational institutions should be given free reign...he believes in only the fittest should survive and that those who are dumb enough to be manipulated and conned deserve what they get and are deserving of no protection from the government. He even wants to give wall street more opportunity to con main street by reducing quarterly reporting to semi-annual reporting.

And the do-nothing Congress...they are a bunch of individuals who care about nothing but themselves. We have elected the most dysfunctional, narcissistic people in the history of the country...but it is our faults.

And then there is the White man...people like yourself...who can't stand the fact the Country is turning brown and actually think you can change the overwhelming tide of demographic change simply by putting a white supremacist in power.

You all who support Trump have already done immeasurable harm to the country and the earth by putting this man in power and you are simply too ignorant to see it.

That is the saddest thing of all.

As for Trump supporters in Florida....well Florida is going to be underwater soon enough from climate change...and perhaps there is nothing that Trump could have done to have stopped that process...but he sure as hell didn't have to help speed it up...so Florida...climate change and green algae is getting what it deserves by helping put that despicable man in office, including putting in office a Governor who committed one of the largest medicare frauds in the history of the country. So much for Florida and its voters.

Trump supporters are not confused by Trump, they know he is a racist, a pig, a corrupt criminal who is ruining the USA for his profit and to boost his own ego. Trump has always been this awful person, for years his activities have been in the news, no one is fooled by Trump. They support Trump because of who he is, they aren't in need of educating,

^^^^ I disagree with you. Yes many who support Trump know exactly who or what he is but support him because they are racists like he is. There are many people though who have been thoroughly manipulated by him...... and thus they overlook his shortcomings...actually believe he is good for the country. Lots of these people though have had hard lives...so as Trump would say, what did they lose by supporting him?

I agree with both of you.
-There are the supporters who voted for him aware of what he was.....but they put Party before country.
-There are the racist, vile, and uneducated that think it's funny that he is shaking things up....they don't comprehend the damage he is doing.
-There are those that voted for him because of one thing they want .ie: guns, wall, medical, jobs, money in their pocket etc...
-There are the ones that truly believe he has some "messiah power"...and believes everything he puts out has some grandeur meaning and plans behind it.
-Then...there are those "conspiracists believers" that believe he is the frontman for "them" and "they" the "Deep State" are actually pulling the strings and all the other people are missing what's REALLY going on.

We have them all on these boards. They will never admit, that this guy is as smart as a stump or it just may have been a mistake to elect a crook.
That's why they deflect to Hillary and previous administrations wrongs.

"-There are the racist, vile, and uneducated that think it's funny that he is shaking things up....they don't comprehend the damage he is doing."

Have you heard of the brexit referendum over here in the uk? See what you posted above? That was thrown at us who voted brexit. We were racist because we said wages were driven down by the influx of cheap exploited labour.

But we were correct. Even london labours socialist leader said so.

Vile. Yep WE who voted brexit are vile because we used our vote and for once it achieved something. And did the snowflakes not like that. For once WE kicked those smug arseholes in the balls instead of them not giving a toss about the working class in the uk now we became vile because we never gave a toss this time about those elitist dafties.

The uneducated. Ah yes where would us racist, vile uneducated types be without the 'educated' looking down their noses at us. Seeing us as vile. Stupid. A bovine herd who need newspapers or tv to tell us what to do.

But see now? Brexiteers, trump supporters alike. We have now found a way to make those who never gave a toss about OUR lives cry.

And it is majestic.

And this from todays grauniad. Written by the editor no less..............

"No other president has commanded a higher level of approval from their own party 500 days after their election than Trump, with the exception of George W Bush following 9/11. An intensification of his legal problems may well lead to his political support softening: Republican leaders are already telling candidates in marginal seats to distance themselves from Trump. But they are unlikely, on their own, to result in his base’s collapse.

To understand why, one must first rescue Trump supporters from caricature. Covering the presidential elections from Muncie, Indiana I was struck by how many of those who voted for him didn’t particularly like him. Among other things they described him as “garbage”, a “bully” and an “arrogant SOB”. “Unlike Hillary, at least he hasn’t done something criminal,” said one.

When I went back a year after his inauguration they still didn’t like him that much. “He just keeps opening his mouth and spews out word-vomit and I cringe,” said one. “He’s completely embarrassed the United States more than a handful of times.” “He’s like your drunk uncle at a party,” said another.

But to a person they thought he was doing a good job, pointing to his tax cuts, deregulation, supreme court nominations and stock market highs as evidence. As one woman put it: “He wouldn’t be someone I’d want to socialise with. I don’t appreciate his bad manners and his bullying. But I do appreciate his business and negotiating skills.” It was as though they had elected not a president but a CEO, and felt that you don’t have to like your boss so long as he keeps the company healthy. As Cathy De Grazia told the BBC: “I don’t care if he paid off a porn star or a Playboy bunny, that doesn’t impact his policymaking.”

Vlad, people here don't despise trump because he is a disruptor, they despise him because he is racist, vile, low-class acting trash, but mainly incompetent. Where you see good, I see only damage..to our economy, to our environment. The man is a buffoon. He doesn't get a pass simply because he is shaking up the system. We can have a maverick shaking up our system who is a far better man than Trump. Should we put into office the local dog catcher simply because he would tear down the system? Funny thing about Trump is he is more supportive of the elites than any other president in recent history.

Goog (hard to keep up with the names lol)

"Vlad, people here don't despise trump because he is a disruptor, they despise him because he is racist, vile, low-class acting trash, but mainly incompetent."

But the incompetent bit IS NOT what is being said over here. Ed balls (a former uk london labour chancellor) done a show on trump country. What you have said is not what he reported. A telling quote being a young geezer in georgia who said " trump has put an extra $100's a week in my wages". That is what matters to poor working folk. Feeding their families.

Now as for trump supporters, this below is from the EDITOR OF THE GUARDIAN NEWSPAPER. The main liberal media outlet as far as i know.

If those who fvckin hate us because they see us as thick and stupid are too hate filled to see OUR lives were pretty crap whilst they were doing all right then fvck them. Reap what you sow.

The so called clever arseholes who had nothing but sneering for us have went ballistic because we now have ruined THEIR lives. Sorry but i and millions like me in the uk and the usa had FVCK ALL to lose by voting they way we did.

Maybe the so called clever intelligent arseholes should have paid attention to our grievances.

The article is worth reading because of who wrote it..............

And of course ed balls in trumpland. A three part series. All those liberal fvckers who shout about empathy. As the bit below says maybe if the odious clinton and her cheerleaders had shown some empathy for those who vote trump the odious bint would be president...........

"Over the course of the show Ed gets tasered, attends a "Rednecks with Paychecks" convention and trains with a WWE wrestler.

The series also explores issues surrounding gun control and immigration policies.

Speaking to Leeds Live Ed said: "Lots of people will assume they’re either deluded and don’t understand, or extreme and dangerous, but we just met really nice, ordinary people.

"I thought that after the first year Trump would be losing support, but we didn’t find that at all and it wouldn’t surprise me if he won a second term.”

The interesting thing about this is that Balls isn’t simply saying: “Look at these crazy redneck idiots. How the hell did it come to this?” He is not starting from the assumption that they are wrong. He is taking the time to hang out with them, to listen and get inside their world, to see things through their eyes in order to understand how it came to this. Hey, if “crooked Hillary” had been able to adopt even a little of the same empathy, it might never have come to this.

Both candidates are awful people. That's the nature of a 2-party system. Voters are forced to choose between awful candidates.

What distinguished Trump from the other candidate is he says things that aren't PC. So he's enabled voters to express their dissatisfaction with the culture of political correctness. But this bigotry also gives voters on the left a scapegoat.

The left has been made to believe that all of the bad things in politics are caused by white supremacy. And they can now blame all the bad things Trump does on the white trash who supported him.

This is how capitalism protects itself from criticism. Dividing the dispossessed by race or religion or gender and offering the opposition a scapegoat they can blame for their misery. Since the American political opposition is mostly progressive and liberal the elites have given progressives a scapegoat they can handle. White people.

Vlad..... you actually prove my point...the people who are supporting Trump are either (1) racists and think he is going to keep the country white...which demographically is an impossibility...the country will be majority brown soon enough, (2) they are simply too uneducated or too ignorant or yes too dumb to see the harm he is causing..... with this group its generally about the economy, because they are doing so bad, if he can put an extra $100 in their pockets they are grateful, what they don't get is that (a) he is making their future far, far worse, especially the future of their children by an incredible display of fiscal recklessness and (b) 80% of those tax cuts went to the top 10% of the country...the people who needed it least, i.e, the elite AND (3) there are people here who are doing so bad they would rather the entire country be drug into the gutter with them....and Trump is doing his best to get us there.

Trump is not their friend....they just don't know it. Trump simply is manipulating them and they don't see it. They do like how he attacks the media and immigrants, etc. They don't understand how important immigration is to the future financial welfare of the country...they just are angry at everybody, don't really understand why and since Trump feeds their anger..he is their boy.

Brexit I have not been following so I don't have any comment.

I will admit that there are smart, educated people, like KJ who support Trump...but I don't understand why and they have yet to give any sort of cogent, logical explanation to explain their support. I mean Trump hasn't drained the swamp, he has deepened it, but these supporters don't seem to care. They don't seem to care how much damage he is causing to the economy, and for those of us who have a longer term view of society and want a good country to leave to our children, he is making things much worse. I am truly mystified about it all...but I think I am pretty aware about what is really going on, not relying on what Trump tells me. Trump has a very short term view of the world and so do his supporters.

I can not overlook this mans character as a cheat/liar/racist for a dollar in your pocket.
I feel he does a lot of filibustering about things....but when you look at the bigger picture.
Not much has been resolved on issues.

I wonder if he actually holds the record for being the most "sued" man in the States?
Oh and could someone please post a link to where and what Hilary was criminally charged with...I can't seem to find it. :/

I disagree. Dems shouldn't be thinking this. There is a lot more substance to Trump's immovable % of positive supporters.

They support Trump because of who he is, they aren't in need of educating,
Trump supporters continue to support him because they see him as a battering ram working in their favor, doing things that he campaigned on. Which is, BOTH sides need to admit, a novel concept:

1.) Tariffs - Theoretically helps bring manufacturing back. Jobs. And for detractors who say farms are hurt....who cares about farming, they only employ undocumented immigrants anyway.

2.) Coal/Oil jobs - Deregulating rules, making it easier for them to operate - jobs.

3.) Embassy to Jerusalem - Done

4.) Pulled from TPP - Done.

5.) Pulled from Iran deal - Done.

6.) Climate Accord - Done.

7.) Tax cuts - Done.

8.) Immigration crackdowns - Ongoing.

9.) Almost forgot - 2+ conservative appo9intments to the SCOTUS - ongoing.

This is why Trump supporters support Trump. Racism doesn't have much to do with it, except for a fringe factor maybe.

It is not that difficult to understand. Trump said he was going to do these things. He is doing them! Again, BOTH sides need to admit, this is a novel concept!!! A politician actually doing what a politcian promised?!?!

And even if he fails, which many of this stuff will, his voters can say he tried, despite almost everyone else arrayed against him.

^^^ You are one of the people I am talking about. Trump is clueless about the global economy or tariffs between countries..... Being who he is though, he believes he knows better than all of the experts....except the experts believe his tariffs will cause major harm to our economy...but Trump supporters don't understand this and he is doing what he said he would do.....

Coal is dead no matter how much Trump doesn't want it to be, and his relaxing of the clean air rules will kill tens of thousands per year prematurely...but that is okay too I suppose because he said he would do it?

Tax Cuts...horrible for deficits, increasing interest rates....he will soon be blaming the Fed even though he is a huge contributor.....and of course stocks will be heading down instead of up.

etc. etc.

So what do we have... a brainless President who is doing far more harm then good for the country and you apparently fit into the category of just not seeing it...but because he is doing what he said he would do while manipulating his base...somehow that is good. That is ignorance talking. And yes... I see Trump supporters as ignorant. Just another pathetic example...the world is facing extreme weather due to climate change...and Trump is helping to speed that up instead of slow it down......short sited...stupid...dumb...narcissistic...pathetic. If that obese Fuk drops dead from a heart attack tomorrow, I will have a ding dong the beast is dead party.......
