Posted: 9/14/2018 2:54:20 AM | Moving off topic slightly. I used to run a model car factory, we made hand made cars in white metal back in the 80's. Specialised in Jaguars, we made the Mk2, XJ6/12, Xk150. E Type (rubbish) and XJ13. We sold the business, sadly it and their much larger company succumbed to cheap imports from Korea and Japan.

Just wanted to reply to your post directed at me without going off topic too much but yes I have a big collection but no they are not in one room they are spread about. My goal and next guilty pleasure is going to be a large glass display unit..

My dad used to collect those model cars and he loved them. Not sure if he got them from your factory though. He had other makes as well, some convertibles.
I know we’ve got cheap imports but they’re never of the same quality of what we had here.
