I wish I was an expert at chinese cooking...sigh...it takes so long to teach yourself.

Umm Cook books I've 6 and of course thre internet,which covers more than what I'll ever need.Although,like others here am writing my by request as some people like the way I can screw up and it turns out great..Have around 150 recipes in it now and growing.I'm not a dessert person though so basic meals quik to the table. Most meals are 45 to 60 mins to the fork-LOl

I collect the cookbooks that churches & other organizations publish with recipes from their members. I have them from different parts of the country

i have probably 100 cookbooks..only bout a half dozen faves tho...
"the gold cook book" is one of the best...over 1200 pages...i have pickling books...jam...bread...all kinds of specialty ones...most of my best tried and true recipes tho are on moms recipe index

I have more than I can count I love to collect them. My favorites are ones that come from Churchs or Fire Departments that are sold as fund raisers. You would be surprised at how many good dishes you can find. I think the last time I counted I have over 250 of them and I do use them.
