^ Sounds like you must have a hard time with the Oilers success last year. Edmonton are a "bunch of goons"? Oh lord, you are priceless! How's your job cleaning the toilets at the ice rink coming along? Anyhow, keep up the great posts...I couldn't make you look like more of a fool than the job you do yourself.

Jaromir Jagr scored his 600th career goal tonight against the Lightening.......The Rangers are the first team in NHL history to have 2 600 goal scorers on their team at the same time... Jagr and of course Shanahan..... SWEET!!!!!!!

How's you're job being a flat-footed-stubble-jumping prarie dog Don't have to even try to make oilers fans like like fools...it's just a fact of life Dream on Babe Didn't score most of them there though...I do believe in Pittsburgh and ahem:Buffalo

Was that your attempt at an insult? No wonder everyone thinks you're a fool. Seems like you have a split personality: it's either dumb or dumber. Please try harder next time.

I had to actually look up the stats because I remember Mess and Gretz being on the Rangers together in late 90's. Turns out Messier had 575 goals at the time he was traded to the Canucks, while Gretz was way over 800. Guess if Messier was there for one more year, then he would have passed the 600-goal mark and the Rangers would have had two players with more than 600 goals back in 1998.

Ok, since this was directed at me, I will ask you Mr. Hockey Yeah, I am laughing at you... Why??? Because please show me proof that Jagr played for the Sabres....
Let's see, he played for the Pens, Caps and Rangers.... Now who is right???

"BlueShirtBabe, why do you even waste your time replying to that incoherent bozo?"
Because I like being a woman and showing him I know more about hockey than he does.....Why I don't know.....

You must forgive my s-l-o-w friend. One can easily confuse the Sabres with the Capitals.
And the Canucks have won two in a row!! Time for the bandwagonjumpers to start planning that parade route...again!
First goal was very nice! If it wasn't for the Bhulin Wall, the score could have been much more lopsided than it was. Nice to see the Nucks assert themselves...now let's see if they can do that to the better teams in the league.

Whose a bozoJust need a better reason to be a true canuck fan Parades are for champhions At least I can't look-out the window and see what the weather's like in Manitoba And Maybe a Stanley Cup or two too And got most of his goals in pittsburgh and I belkieve at least one cup to boot...I do believe shanahan did most of his damage in detroit and won a couple of cups as well Whose a Bozo Only if they move to Calgary or Anahiem And smart enough not to cheer for toronto to boot Exactly, the Canucks are re-confirming themselves as "darkhorses"

Anyone who truly loves and knows the game of hockey would know the answer to the question of how many Cups both Shanny and Jagr won and with which teams - especially since it is in recent memory. I'll let BlueShirt school you on those points.

must be an oiler fan or an oilers fan "real" hockey rinks won't let 'em leave till the 15 minute mark of the third period or the kelowna rockheadss from the vernon snakes should be a "statue of limatations" on it though... been awhile and will probably be a lot longer.....off the Topic.........gotta LOVE THOSE LIONS

YUP, here I am to answer the Jagr and Shanahan Stanley Cups.....Jagr won 2 with Pittsburgh... In '91 and '92......Shanahan won 3 cups with the Detroit Red Wings.. In '97, '98 and '02.....
What difference does it make where a player scored the most goals??? Players everywhere are traded all over the place.... Does that make scoring 600 goals any less significant??? NOT!!!!!
There you go wingnut.... Oppppps, I mean musicnut....You've been schooled.....
Posted: 11/20/2006 8:24:02 PM
Nope...it just means noone will ever score 'em all in one place If that Oiler dream- team could-of stayed together No...you've just confirmed it

does anyone think Emery will steal the spotlight from Gerber and take the no 1 goalie place in ottawa? or do you think Gerber with the big contract will be number one
Posted: 11/20/2006 11:14:17 PM
I think Emery stole it already.. But in reality, Gerber's horrible start is what lost him the starters job..... I thought Gerber would be better than this......

Jaromir Jagr became the all time leading goal scorer for Europeon born players tonight... Passing Jarri Kurri.... WOW, what a game for the rangers.... 4-0 against the SCC Hurricanes... Shanny scored his league leading 17 and Jagr had 2..... SWEET CAROLINE!!!

Posted: 11/22/2006 3:44:55 PM
Yes...Kipper is the Man......Should be a law against having as big a horseshoe up your ass as Rolly the GoofThe Flames should rule but Anahiem's kinda gotten in the way and Vancouver;s over-achieving but that's just hockey for you Maybe just maybe Vancouver kick the Oilers butt and all might be well Yuppers,Oil is is pretty slimy

Ah, don't listen to musicnut. Look at his profile, I think he misspelled 'retarded' when he filled out his profession.
Posted: 11/22/2006 11:02:31 PM
Yup, I couldn't watch the game because I have a project due and it was a PPV game. I was watching the highlights during the Flames game on TSN and thought it was over when Detroit was up 3-1. Nice comeback win for the Nucks! So...how bad was the Mitchell hit? The TSN guys were saying that it wasn't a nice hit ("not technically illegal, but very disrespectful") and that the Wings player was down for some time.
Posted: 11/22/2006 11:05:59 PM
Yuppers kick the Oilers out of the league too GO Canucks GO "tick-tock" probably has no "dick or**** In the new era of low-scoring games...anyone can win.Teams that "can" score more will always do better Actually in our teams other "era" was in charge of seating the fans Nothing original about being from Flat-footed-stumble -jumping -over-sized praie-dog town GO anyone but Edmondton

Yup, the Sharks are doing great! They are on par with the Ducks in terms of wins, goals for and against. The only thing seperating the two are the extra points that the Ducks have for all those ties. I heard a rumour that the Sharks may be interested in Jovo to buck up their defence. I guess they're trying to even things out since the Ducks have a decided advantage in that department.
The Avs will be a good team in the future. I also heard that there are rumours that Forsberg may be traded out of Philly and that the Avs may be in contention. Then again, those sports guys have been known to blow smoke up our a***s before. He does look to be damaged goods at this point.

Yeah...and maybe we should have the right to "separate" just likw quebec tooJust look at the division standings They're just lucky they're in a different division The w.h.l experimented with top eight in the conference making the play-offs......two years all eight teams would of been from the same two divisions No...they'll probably slide down in the standings Isn't "sucky" getting close to retiring anyway? The "california" division Forsberg would never be that dumb...Probably wind-up back east on say Rangers or Sabres if not in Anahiem,he could of been in Vancouver, then again,so could both Neidameyers Exactly........like Vancouver...........Colrado's thinking about the future

exactly,he's a "quick-fix" for whoever's interested He's a good player, that goes back to when "raw" spelt"roy" was in net in colorado THat's what "darkhorse" teams tend to do "darkhorse" are exactly that because they have unreliable back-up goaltenders
