Not sure that the old fossil Hasek can stay healthy for the 2nd year in a row... How old is he now??? 70??? LOL....... Besides, the rangers are taking the cup from the Ducks......

Kinda funny you would say that about the rangers when we are in the CAP ERA.... Rangers have no more money to spend than anyone else........ The days of their $80 mil payroll are long gone.......

^^^kinda funny you say that about Hasek getting old, when wasnt it your great captin Mark Messier who led the Rangers to their last cup in his later stages of his career?
Guess the older guys are only good if their on your team"

Wait a minute.... LOL.. Your comparing Mess to Hasek??? Isn't Hasek around 43??? Well news flash, when the rangers won the cup it was 1994...... That is 13 years ago when fossil Messier was 34........ Slight difference I would say........ PLUS Messier wasn't always whining about his groin either..... LOL

And where are the rangers lacking disipline??? They have 2 1/2 idiots on their team..... Colton Orr and Ryan Hollweg and the other half is Sean Avery.... I say half with him being he actually has some talent...... Defence??? Yup it sucks.....Even though they were the 2nd best defensive team in the east last year and Marc Staal is on his way also.....

1. Pittsburg
2. Ottawa
3. NY Rangers
4. Buffalo
5. New Jersey
6. Toronto
7. Carolina
8. Tampa Bay

Pucks, you can't have my rangers in 3rd... the 3rd spot is for the southeast division... Be it Carolina or Tampa Bay... Whichever........

I will do my picks once I think about it.........

Yeah Pucks, I am sure....... It bugs me that a team in the weaker southwest division get's the 3rd spot.........I have no idea why it's done that way.......

And yeah, I'm also very nervous about the rangers adding "stars" once again.... But Drury and Gomez are at least in their prime unlike some of the other BUSTS they signed in the past....... I worry about the chemistry for sure..... But as Chiefs said, Shanny will be the glue that holds the team together...... I can say all I want the rangers will finish first or whatever...... I sure hate it when everyone is saying their the team to beat in the east.... In fact, the first year back after the lockout, lots of forecasters picked them to finish dead last in the NHL...... That was awesome....... LOL....

Anyone catch the Oilers/Flames game on Sat night? Couldn't watch it because I was busy. From the stats, it looked like it might have been entertaining.

What the hell is Chris Simon doing playing a pre season game when he's suspended??? AGAINST THE RANGERS & RYAN HOLLWEG no less..... Just because he's not getting paid??? He's still got 5 games left on the suspension..... Idiocy of the NHL.... Of course the game turned into a free for all...

Was moving so I only saw the highlights, but the right team won. Gotta love how the `Flames are looking in the pre-season, 0-4, Beauty!

True enough! Cue the Mike Keenan explosion in 10...9...8...7...
