Hey there all and who ever else, post's on this fourm. I found this poem and i thought i would, share it with yall.

Alone They Are Together:

Alone, in the room they sit together,
Worlds apart, but still they are the same.
Mother sits in thought, contemplating,
On what is going to be her baby's name.

Two years have passed, her child is getting older,
Mothers proud of how her little boy has grown.
He cuddles in her arms and now is sleeping,
Playing in a dreamland of his own.

She must let go, and look away,
As tears flow from her eyes.
He climbs aboard the big yellow bus,
and waves to mom "goodbye".

My how time flys, her son is grown,
Or so he seems to think.
He has no use for momma now,
It's dope, and booze, and drinks.

He only goes out partying,
With the coolest of his friends.
He has no way of knowing,
That his young life soon will end.

"An overdose", says the coroner,
And shakes his head is disbelief.
While momma's busy crying,
And choking in her grief.

In the start they were as one,
Till drugs tore him away.
So momma tries to remember him,
As he was in his younger days.

That was sweet robert i haven't read somebody's poem in quiet sometime
that had or has caught my eye or the attention the way you'rs, have.

You are an great writer and hopefully somebody "soon" somebody, out there

Thank you "robert" how about a poem about a girl who is ONLY 13year's old and feel's
depressed and lonely all the time has a mom who is more worried about "herself" than she
is her OWN daughter (the 13yr old).

Her first love has broken her heart and is alway's putting her down and calling her an whore/worse names then that.

"13yr old" lost her dad when she was only 2year's old.....and she hates to even go home (to her mom's house) because all her mom does is stay in HER bedroom with, her ole man and the door locked and ignores the 13year old.

I would write a poem for her if i knew exactly how to put what all she's been through
in word's but i can not seem how find, a way to express it and show the "true" love/sorry
meaning's for her.

She likes icp,black,pirecings,tats,writting poetry,listen to icp, she does not get along
good with people her own age, because they act to childish and she's alot more mature than most 13year old's.

Shes had take care of herself and her two brother's when they was
younger she got expelled from school because she was caught cutting
herself, in the bathroom at school.

She doesn't know what is really like to feel "loved" or happy
as a child that age she's had take care, of her own self bascily
every since she was 2year's old and shes now 13.

Her mom doesn't even care enough about her to make sure she's
in school and has/will have an good education, all her mom care's
about is man/men in her OWN life.

She never got the chance to acturly know her real dad because he
died when she was 2 year's old and her mom cheated on her dad while
he was, dying of "cancer" and my neice still does NOT know the truth.

About that because her mom told her that her dad died from an blood clot
and that they didn't get to it intime to remove it and that she misses, him
so much.

Her mom was sleeping around on my neice's dad with their best guyfriend
while her husband was laying up in the hospital in shreveport La not knowing
if, he was going to make it or not.

It's funny "rob" because she is my "world" i love her like a MOM should not like somebody's aunt, and i would do anything to keep her from getting hurt.

There are alot of thing's she can not tell her family or even her uncle wich is my brother and they are close closer than me and her are, because he's like a dad to her and i guess i'm somewhat like an "adopted" mom to her since her alive and well mom doesn't, even care about her as much.

she goes through so MUCH hell/pain/hurt emotional and physcial wise than ANY kid i have seen go through i mean at time's she really get's mistreated in physcial/emotional way's but
she is, my world and if anything was to be done about the way she get's treated.

Nobody in our family would be able have any contact with her or even see her because child protective service's are screwed up in the head down here and her mom put's on the BIGGEST "fakeiest" act i have, ever seen when somebody is called and they come and invesigate.

you can tell she's not happy just by looking at her and being around her at time's she didn't even wan't to leave our trailer this week/weekend because she didn't wan't to go back home she hates it there so bad, it's sad because there's nothing i can do to help her.

My sister need's an good ole "asswhoopin" and maybe she'll, straighten up
and become a better mom hell she is in her lateeeee 30's.

I'm 23 year's old fixing have my first child and i KNOW i will NEVER do this baby the way
my neice has been rasied or mistreated.

awww that almost made me cry really "rob" my eyes was watery,
that is what i was needing and it fit's it so much better than what,
i could descibe it as. "That hit the nail right on the head"

I'm going to print it out and give it to her
because i know she will enjoy it as much as,
i did or even more so.

You dont have to change anything in the poem i like it, just the way you have written it.

It's better than what i could have came up with that's for sure, and i use to write all the time.

I'm going to give this to her next time she's over here or i'm around her,
and i just hope she know's the REAL meaning from it.

Because i don't think anybody/any child should have feel the way she
does in her life, 24 hours a day 7days a week.

I like that and the way you bring out the TRUE/REAL meaning
of the poem is great you truly are a great writer and know how
to make other's smile/laugh and feel the, "emotion's" just through

They are still some good poem's and my neice did like the
poem you had written i explained it to her how people write,
there way and what they can pull out of the situration's.

She agree'd as well that it was an good poem she took it
home with her right now, she's haveing some "moments"
but she will be fine and we all know that esp at 13...

Can anybody write me an poem titled " Perfectly Broken ".... about a young couple faceing problem's and family conflict every time they turn around, and thought it was perfect in the start but now feel's "perfectly broken"....

Something that has to do with REAL life problem's between a couple and one of the person's family while the other one is locked up or is away for, sometime being.?

Hi from Australia , I have two poems to share.... the first looking for love... The second having found both love and lust.

I see you in my dreams at night,
Holding me close, making things right

Because I'm such a believer in fate,
I wonder, have I found my soul mate?

"Carolans": Poetry-inspired by horny woman.

I guess you could say this was inspired by a horny woman. Amazing how making love is one of the activities that can open the channels of creativity, eh?

This erotic poem grew from sipping Carolans the day after my Christmas Eve rebirth with an Irish man some years ago. "Carolans" was inspired by the "Ireland's Finest" proclamation on the label of the bottle of creaminess.

That body through which he expressed himself and so respectfully invited me to reciprocate, is now ashes. In tribute, let me share what I wrote to him. Merry Xmas and Happy New Year!

Carolans ….Ireland's finest

Your Irish
silking me smooth
me open

Your sensing
hands tender
me treasured

Your sturdy
arms circling
