My heart weeps without a word
My soul races, tender words heard
You don't have to say a thing
For you already make my heart sing

this horse walks into a bar,
the bartender asked why the long face ?
the horse talked and said
He saw another man walk into a bar and it looked like it really hurt
then he staggered over to sit with this blonde girl
she had a dollar on her head.
he asked what's the dollar for ?
All you can eat for under a buck?
no? is that where my money went ?
he winked at her and asked could you use a few extra bucks ?
she frowned and said I'm having a hard enough time
keeping this dollar on my head.

Okay weird night for me :)

Christopher Lambert was a real surprise
he was in Highlander the movie
with Sean Connery and other guys
and the kilts looked pretty groovy

my daughters call him peanut head
and tease me for my crush
but I would let him warm my bed
he gives my blood a rush (he would have to be quiet though, he has a weird voice)

Clint Eastwood in his younger days
was really quite the stud
he still looks good for his age
though a little old for my blood

Bruce Willis and Jet Li too
are sporting quite the bodies
their six pack abs make women coo
because they both are hotties

I'd ride Viggo Mortenson
harder than he rode that horse
Antonio Banderas is
a hot latino man, of course

and I like Denzel Washington
because he has a purty mouth
but any of the men above
could pleasure me down south

oy, I'm going to hell for this one..........

enjoying the story Erik......also liked the challenges.......I love trying to compose with rules........

take your vitamins

transform your body to health once again
drink lots of water to keep skin smooth
eat those carrots you once disdained
make sure you stay in the sexual groove
don't stay up late and skip your sleep
stretch and lift to keep things strong
love friends and family with feelings deep
the recipe for a life that's long

have a word for your dictionary, Viking.....snitpicking......I thought of it today, seemed to perfectly embody two words........

the me in the light and the me that is you...
need to shake hands and say how do you do
this body's too small for the id and the ego
lightbulbs and watches break wherever we go
so let us befriend the many residing
the ones who are "out" and the ones who are hiding
let all we's unite and give a loud cheer
we'll go to the pub and buy us a beer

first, last

It is absolutely adorable and I will have to dig up some tiny worms for it early tomorrow morning. I love these little tiny beautiful creatures. They are so dainty and cute, especially the babies.

they make great rings, too......though they get a little pissy about it.......

fruit

as the twins go on their way
on both sides of my chest
I think of Howard Hughes
he really did know best
the Secret of Victoria
was never really mute
men love to view the glory of
the lacy gartered loot
the pantalizing
tantalizing
scantalizing
fruit

Chris Walken, as Captain Koons - from the movie PulpFiction:

The way your dad looked at it, this watch was your birthright. He'd be damned if any slopes gonna put their greasy yellow hands on his boy's birthright, so he hid it, in the one place he knew he could hide something: his ass. Five long years, he wore this watch up his ass. Then when he died of dysentery, he gave me the watch. I hid this uncomfortable piece of metal up my ass for two years. Then, after seven years, I was sent home to my family. And now, little man, I give the watch to you.

now there's a quote....

Erik, this has beena few places already, but my muse has gone on a stroll, and I'm running out of material.....

trees are always beautiful

in their swelling bud stage
they speak eloquently
of spring's hope
folded vitality
in trembling limbo
strength under wraps

in summer leaf
they politely offer shade
shelter from the elements
bark homes for insects
highways for squirrels
perches for birds

they turn their leaves
upside down
several hours before a rain
silvery and shivering
graceful veins
lovely in their anticipation

but in autumn
they are most beautiful
blazing like daylight torches
bejeweling the ground
even in death
giving beauty and scent

in winter
the grey and black skeletons
stark against snow
strength and form revealed
mute sentinels
to future springs

^^^ My Dear C thank you for showing such a gift...forgiveness
I wish more would!!!

Oh Dear Bad Bad Viking
You need a damn good spanking
You didn't look before you leaped
Honor of a friend never to defeat
A big pot stirred to no one's liking
You are a very naughty Viking
But true to the gentleman you are
An apology excepted thus far
Many have become new friends
Together strong to the ends...

So look out trouble here we come!

mr. malaprop

for sheer principal of the matter....
I listen to him natter
laying down his verbal patter
mangling language to a tatter
I supress a smile
avoid eye contact for awhile
not laughing is a trial
till I can look up without guile
Oh, save me from this malaprop
I've nearly given up all hope
a rescue ring so I can cope
just a little conversational rope

maybe I'm aiming too small....I just want a new sidewalk, though a garage and porch would be nice....oh, and true love and world peace....they say the squeaking wheel gets the grease...

something silly for ya...

Wilbur

Got the Slickest pig in town
his spelling is of great renown
I took him to the county fair
and he impressed the judges there
and so he lives in country peace
among the sheep, the cows and geese

to light a fire & first, last

I see you looking
but you never write
somehow you found me
but never a bite
good thing I don't have to rely
on a dating site
and the meager reply
to soften my plight

Oh I've sent a note
when I like what you've got
but do you reply?
oh no, you do not
I guess what you see
is not what you like
good thing this is free
when you click and say yike

there's got to be one
that I'm looking for
who's looking is done
when I show at the door
we'll look at each other
and break out in grins
and never will bother
at looking again

loopy

as starlight is cast
and moonlight's low slung
I spin in a dance
with wildness outflung
lupine and feral
in silvery light
I am in peril
of lifting in flight
diving and swooping
exulting in whoops
I'm moon mad and night glad
and taking large scoops
with both of the dippers
dripping stars on daytrippers
and nincompoops

It's been awhile since I've visited you....I missed the boat in first, last and you don't mind my rhymes....

Lawnmower problems.....the story of my life. Having several overgrown acres and a downed lawnmower can bring me to the depths of despair..
