Nun - OMG - I thought I was the only person in the world to ever see this movie!
And way more than once! Loved it so much I dragged my girlfriends back to the theatre to see it for my 13th birthday party!

Even had my haircut like Kristy McNichols! LOL

Great - now I will be singing those damn songs all night long - "I am the Pirate King" - LOL

Anyway - OT - I have a list a mile long but will do my best to edit to top 3 so here goes:
1) Jerry Maguire:
"You had me at hello"
"You complete me"
"SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!"

2) When Harry Met Sally:
"I'm the dog? I am the dog?"
"Oh and Baby Fishmouth is sweeping the nation"
"When you meet the person you want to spend the rest of your life with, you want the rest of your life to start right now!"
"I'll have what she's having!" LOL

3) Topgun:
"Yeehaw - Jester's dead!"
"You catch 'em, I'll clean 'em and fry 'em!"

Ok - sorry - I lied - there's 1 more that must be included:
4) Forrest Gump:
"Life's a box of chocolates - you never know what you're going to get"

I watched the Magnificent Seven the other night...Great movie, how cute was Steve McQueen...Some classic lines

Nobody throws me my own guns and says run. Nobody.

Vin: We deal in lead, my friend

Henry: Well I'll be damned. I never knew you had to be anything but a corpse to get into Boot Hill. How long's this been going?
Chamlee: Since the town got civilized.

Chamlee: There's an element in town that objects.
Henry: Objects? Objects to what?
Chamlee: They say he isn't fit to be buried there.
Robert: What? In Boot Hill?
Henry: Why, there's nothing up there but murderous cutthroats and derelict old barflies, and if they ever felt exclusive brother, they're past it now.

Chris: There's no need to apologize. We weren't expecting flowers and speeches.

Good Morning Vietnam this is paraphrased cos haven't a copy but have never forgotten it. -It's hot and sweaty. which is fine when you're with a woman but lousy in the jungle.

Hahaha! I love subtitled movies...can't get enough of it.

we have a family game with bali bought movie subtitles. Some of the translations crack us up....just like counting red cars on a journey to while away the time, the phrase 'soyabean cake' turns up with hilarious regularity. Worked out the word for to know and soyabean cake/tofu have roughly the same sound of tempe (spelling phonetic).
