what about Pike? or sturgeon?
I think surgeonfish should be up there. I would be a surgeonfish.

Just wondering -- do we really need 'The' in front of every fish name?

Giving such prominence to such a tiny word would seem unnecessary (and more than a bit tedious to keep reading as a heading word after scanning hundreds of profiles).

The colour green would seem sufficient by itself, to make the fishname separate enough from the handle & title, imo.

there should be a "prefer not to say"/"don't show" option...

other than that, I love it.

I agree. And I'd also like to see a personality test to see how well we match our names. It could be designed where we could score our top three for a more thorough portrait but designed so that it's hard to skew the answers.

A witty addition to the profile assuming the users know the nature of the fish . I guess.

I think it is cute, however I have no idea what the different fish personalities mean. Sure be nice if we had some kind of test or something that we use to see what type of fish we are, instead of just guessing.

^^I thought about that too but to be one of the really beautiful Siamese fish you would have to be male...and you're be a very aggressive male who would attack a female before, during and after mating. Doesn't sound like much fun...lol.

Hey Ponza! I'm a catfish because I'm "Kitten with a whip". I would've picked lobster except that I'm afraid someone will dip my tail in butter and start nibbling....

well I finally decided on the fish thing....not sure if I like it ..but I'm going for the angelfish because it has a nice sound to it...have no clue what an angelfish is though. My next choice was dolphin, because I love them and there is a certain spirtual quality to them that is unexplainable....at the end of the day...I'm not a fish..I'm a h uman....God!!!

Oxdrover and countrygal: just click on the link in the first post, then it's the choice right below where you enter your postal code. Or go into "edit profile settings".

*sorry, "Zip Code" for our American friends.*
