Notice: Forums will be shutdown by June 2019

To focus on better serving our members, we've decided to shut down the POF forums.

While regular posting is now disabled, you can continue to view all threads until the end of June 2019. Event Hosts can still create and promote events while we work on a new and improved event creation service for you.

Thank you!

Can we be too fussy!!!!!Page 2 of 3    (1, 2, 3)
I don't think I'm too fussy (at least I hope I'm not), I think my problem is that I'm scared of relationships although I try not to be.

I wish I had the chance to be fussy about who I do or don't date but I don't get that many offers and when I try to make the first move things don't happen either.

hmmmm i've seen a few threads like this.
the way i see it. how can you possibly know your settling for second best, unless you go off and try all the others first.
maybe "i cant stand players" is a case where the faults in others that you most hate, are your own worst faults.

seriously. if you find someone you get on really great with. do you keep looking for something that may be better?
to my mind "i cant stand players" can often be translated to "i cant take rejection"

everyone looks for a perfect partner but in the case of beein to fussy it depends on how much option you have. At the end of it all you may miss out on something you overlooked on the grounds of a shallow judgement.

Not saying beein fussy is shallow but a lot of times people overlook a suiter on grounds of a shallow missjudgement be it looks or that persons way with words. Dosn't matter cos no one truly knows whats out there and sad fact is you may never find Mr or Miss Right.
