Posted: 4/9/2008 9:02:30 PM | | Susie, a dog park is exactly what it sounds like. A playground for a dog to play in. We have one in Wentzville that I take my little weinnie (dauchaund) to. They have a couple fenced in areas (2 for small dogs and 2 for large dogs and they rotate them so that the dogs don't tear up the grass all the time in one yard) so that you can let them off their leashes and let them play without them running out in the street or anything. These are great for people who don't have backyards which are fenced in or don't have yards such as aparment complex or condos. Unfortuanly my little dog (who is only about 8 inches tall) doesn't have any brains and tries to bark at the rottweilers who can eat her for dinner in one bite. Stupid dog! | |

My aunt just visted and had a new puppy and it was so cute but oh my it was tiny it was somekind of poodle mixed with something and wont get bigger then 8 pounds . I was afraid i was going to step on the little thing. But i did go to the pet store near my house a week ago and fell in love with this english bulldog!! Now i want one!!!

Sometimes I stop there on my way home from work and walk and sometimes I go down on the weekend. It's a great trail to walk and on the weekends, I take my little weiner dog with me and my little sister who usually roller blades or rides her bike along the trails. | |

These are the first two little ones I've had and the little farts keep me laughing all the time! They have such a sense of humor! Yes, sometimes I think they are little bitty humans stuck in long bodied, short legged, droopy ear animal bodies! That and he has a new 'fun' thing that he likes to do. He will knock over any trashcan he can (kitchen one is too big for him, thankfully!). Bathroom, bedroom, & my living room one. Urgh! Was entertaining the thought of getting him a playmate (or as of late, a partner in crime (someone he can blame for when something happens)).
