Right now Supernatural, it doesnt take itself seriously and I like the scenery.
Used to like CSI but it should have cancelled two years ago, now it's just mundane.

the oc is good as well :)

My most favorite show EVER! Last year I plunked myself in front of the TV every Sunday from 4 - 6 PM - they ran 2 episodes. One Sunday about 3 months ago I sat down and The O.C. was not on! It has not been on since and it was not even the end of the series. That sucks! I did find it online, and watched the next 2 1/2 seasons.

It was kinda neat, as I could watch 1 or 2 episodes every evening (without commercials) so it was only 42 minutes.

My second favorite was Judging Amy, and that vanished suddenly as well.

Another few favs are Jon & Kate plus 8, Little People - Big World and the Housewives of Atlanta, New Jersey, New York and Orange County.

Well I have 1 from each decade I have lived in.
1970's Battlestar Galactica (even if it only lasted 1 season)
1980's The A-Team
1990's Seinfeld
2000's Law and Order

Mini series would be close between "V" and Band of Brothers.

My daughter wants a vote for Hanna Montana (I do not!!, lol)

I wouldn't call them the 'best tv shows' ever.. but I always enjoyed watching Fawlty Towers, I Love Lucy, Seinfeld, SNL, LA Law, Ally McBeal, Six Feet Under, Sex In The City, Queer As Folk, ER (in the beginning), Two and Half Men, General Hospital, and Grey's Anatomy.

...ER (in the beginning)...

The 2002 episode when "Dr. Mark Greene" (Anthony Edwards) died was heart-wrenching, and the series just wasn't the same after that, not nearly as good.

I think it the first time I ever heard Israel Kamakawiwo`ole's rendition of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow", one of my favourite songs.

I remember the image of a note (fax?) on a bulletin board fluttering in a breeze from a fan. I think it was the news of his passing.

Thinking back I'd say that episode was the most emotional episode I've ever seen, of any TV program.

I was thinking about this...and....well... I think Jacques Costeau opened up a world of exploration for me as a child.
Every week we would watch The Underwater Odyssey of Commander Cousteau.

that and of course the Ed Sullivan Show.....man that was rivettting... back in the day when telly was black and white and we only got a few channels.

This isn't welcome news.

Charlie Sheen leaving "Two and a Half Men"

Charlie Sheen wants out.

After seven seasons, CBS’s hit sitcom Two and a Half Men will be down one man after the April 9 taping, sources tell PEOPLE. The reason? “Charlie’s just done,” says a set source. “And he’s quietly telling his friends he’s not coming back.”

Although sources say the network hoped the star would sign a new contract for an eighth season, Sheen recently turned down the offer. “He wants to move on,” says a friend of the actor, whose contract is fulfilled after he tapes this season’s 22nd episode. “Leaving is 100 percent his idea.”

Sheen rep Stan Rosenfield would only say: “Charlie’s deal is only through this current season.”

Sheen, who faces domestic violence charges stemming from a Christmas Day fight with wife Brooke Mueller, entered rehab on Feb. 24 as “a preventative measure” and has been returning to rehab after work each night.

A CBS spokesperson says the network doesn’t comment on contract issues. But a source close to the show says “negotiations are ongoing and nothing has been determined.” –Elizabeth Leonard

Night Court was a close one and although I still love LOST it makes me INSANE!!

Big Bang Theory may be the best of the new programmes.

Big Bang Theory may be the best of the new programmes.

I soooo knew you were going to say that, even before I finished reading your post.

(I remember your comments at Coombs last year).
