LOl but you go ahead and go on believing it's your defense

I know you remember the play where Dallas was ahead and was fixing to score again when Romo threw a Interception and was run all the back to the one yard line...Giants first and goal from the 1 could not run or pass it in That's Defence!!!!

When Tom Landry played Defensive back for the Giants he wore number 49 since he retired I don't think any other Giant player has worn that number.

and on paper Eli wears 2 rings and Romo wears .....ready...drum roll......0

well as long as your happy with him in the forums. But it is on the field that matters.

I'm not happy with my Giants at all. Seems they got the fumbles under control as I knew they would, where they worry most, 3rd down conversions, the redzone and interceptions.....grrrrr

if the giants lose today all the nfc east teams would do so

yeah sad to say but no one in the NFC east is standing out as looking good at the moment....but ya never know, never give up.

Got ya HD.... lol In my mind I never really cut Eli or Giants....lol I like to think of it as constructive criticism....BIG difference, in my mind anyway. Eli and all the Giants are always my #1 no matter what!

I think the Manning family is use to competition between the brothers. During the Giants/Broncos game the announcers' were showing a list of what sports each thinks they are better at....lol think Eli said he was better at ping pong, running and a bunch of others. Sounded like a friendly fun competition they enjoy between the two of them.

Despite Eli's 2 rings to Peyton's one I do think Peyton is a better QB. .....goes to show it takes a team to win games, not just a QB.

Peyton is having an awesome year with the Broncos thus far, Welker is doing well too.

Although Peyton is by far the more consistent regular season QB of the two, Eli seems to be able to rise to the occasion come playoff time.

I would agree with you there Pete.

Eli got a good first hand feel, in the Carolina game, for what Archie went through most every game playing for the Saints of old. And it sure wasn't pretty

Yeah kind of hard to throw a football while you're eating dirt. Carolina Sacked Eli 11 times. Where was Giants" offensive line?.....not on the field that's for sure....and we use to have a great offensive line. Sad!!!!! First time in decades that I didn't even finish watching the game by choice....ugh....KC is gonna be a tough team to play this week...... No offense, No defense, No special teams, sloppy penalties...Good Grief!!!!.Giants look bad ALL around.

Thanks Cowboy! A hug from me to you. I must say I would ordinary be livid about my team, but as disappointed a I am you come to point in your life where you just roll with the punches, every dog has it day..the good and the bad.

LOL Dead (isn't he just darling ) ...what you talkin bout MGM darling...lol yeah no hug for you....I have faith my Giants will improve.... lol ummm maybe not this year but some year.

Wow 1987....at least it shows we usually aren't all that bad.

Poor Eli he got to eat more dirt, he actually threw some good passes right into receivers hands but they couldn't catch them WTF???? It would be nice if our offensive line would get there acts together so they can give a pocket to Eli and the RBs a whole... I know we have serval new guys in the line but gezzzzzz louise.

Actually in the first half I thought our defense was playing pretty good, just our offense couldn't move the ball. At the half I had hope and I was thinking hmmmm Giants usually are a team that makes good adjustments for the second half of the game, they MAY have a chance....then as the 3rd quarter went underway.....ah yeah, I was wrong....Giants USE to be a team that adjusted well and played a better second half ... the defense died the offense got worse if you can imagine that and KC had a field day putting up points....OMG what a disaster.

All ya can do is move onto week5 and hope they show some sort of improvement

Well hdready, you came very close in those last 3 min with Giants driving down the field. As my Bears were sand bagging on defense!
Un fortunately your TE could not bring it in in the closing minutes. He makes the catch, Gmen win. As its off his finger tips,go to Bears, intercept to seal win & stop their momentum.

I say we should all pull together to help Nancy. She has to be on 24/7 suicide watch at this point (wink). The good news is I find it hard to believe the Giants could look worse then they did this last week without a terrorist bombing being involved.

Het now....But have no fear as I will go on record now & predict the Gmen -2 1/2, will get their first win of the year over the Vikes next week on Monday night !
And look at it this way too,u should also get the first pic in next year's draft too or maybe it might be Jacksonville.........

And I really had hope Giants could pull off a last minute win as they have done so many times in the past, but when that ball got tipped and intercepted man my heart sank....ad just so you know HD is a Cowboy fan.

Ok Nancy I am going to do my part to pull you through rough times. Never say a Cowboy fan never took the time to help out a giant fan in despair! Don't look at it as being 0-6 ! Just hold your head up high and say you are only 3 games out of first! (smile) See that doesn't sound nearly as bad does it darlin?? This is a point of view my Cowboys have taught me painfully over the years. From a Cowboy point of view I keep my fingers crossed that they can still spank a few NFC east opponents at the minimum! Just not my boys...

Thanks Cowboy....lol feels bit better. Well at least , like current said , Giants will have first pick in the drafts.

Actually I thought the Giants offense looked the best it had all season, well at least their running game did, Jacobs had over a hundred yards rushing and 2 TD's and Eli was eating less dirt, he had a better pocket but Bears did great on the passing coverage an Eli had no one to throw to.

Wooo Hooo... ok only our second win but we did look better on offense. At least our running game picked up, Eli was eating a lot of dirt in past games but he was getting the ball off faster and he didn't throw an interception. Our defense actually got some sacks. We still have a ways to go we need less penalties, offense still needs a better running game, need to work on the red zone effiency, defense needs to tackle better too many missed tackles oh and we need to intercept on defense.
We looked better but still a sloppy win..however it is a win and a division win at that WOOO HOOOO!
