I think some 13 year old is pulling your leg!!!!!

Part of the pain in childbirth is the cervix opening up..that will give you an idea if it would be painful.

A medical doctor using special tools could do it, probably with a mild anesthetic too.
Your girlfriend wouldn't let you do it ? I don't think you could do it even if she wanted you too.

I've seen just about everything on the net and yes, I recall a video of someone playing with a womans cervix. It was penetrated by something small though, like an oral thermometer or a metal sound.

I wouldn't doubt that someone out there has gone further than this, because the world is a REAL BIG place, but it would take lots and lots of practice!

There's actually a discussion about this on another forum that I'm on, and the general consensus is that it would be highly dangerous, incredibly painful and could potentially render the woman sterile or kill her from infection. There is a reason the cervix is where it is and does what it does.

Ask most women if they think having a pap smear is arousing. Most I think will tell you it's anything BUT. I've had mine bumped a few times the wrong way during sex and it's like having your testicles smacked around a bit. Do you enjoy that?? No?? Didn't think so.

You don't penetrate the cervix. However, you can hit it and for some guys, you just have to be careful because there's a very delicate balance between pleasure and pain. If you stimulate the cervix too much it is not fun for her. However, there are times when a woman wants and enjoys that, but also, and this happened to my gf. We had not had a vaginal orgasm together yet. It all had to be done through clitodal stimulation. But one time I was going deep and she had some pain so I stopped. Then as I began to pull out she encrusted her nails in me and ask me to go back to where I was, pressing on her cervix. We didn't move but then she had the most incredible orgasm. It was so powerful that it made me orgasm as well, even though there was no longer any motion or physical stimulation. But don't think that hitting the cervix is something you should do all the time because one night of ecstasy could mean a woman in a foul mood for 4 days. So be easy and above all, listen to your woman because the line between pain and pleasure is very thin.

I was on a website (not sure if I am allowed to say which one or not) but anyways, its a nasty site and there was a clip of a girl finger fu*king her cervix. She seemed to really enjoy it, though a finger is a heck of a lot different than a penis.

Thank you for your input and the newsflash David3634955, but I suspect your views are likely tied to the fact that you have no cervix and have no clue about the type of pain penetrating it would inspire. A little bit more than curious if his former girlfriend refused to be his guinea pig.

??? WHAT?!? "it was suggested as a way to increase s e n s a t i o n in women that have trouble orgasming form normal sex..." what 'articles were YOU reading?? PAST G/F's wouldn't Let You?? Let me take a rolling pin and shove it in the urethra of your penis , and see if you 'Let me'..... have you even researched ANY anatomy at ALL before asking this, um, question? good luck on your 'endevors'...NOTE: to david up there.. it can ONLY BE felt as INTENSE PAIN, which obviously(to someone with common knowledge/sense) could lead to damage to a Sensitive Internal Organ & hospitalization..and where is the pleasure in that? The "Grafenberg Spot" is located on the upper-anterior wall of the vagina, close to the opening of the cervix... read & learn... Peace.

I don't have a cervix anymore, but I remembered when I guy hit that sucker because he was too long. It hurt like hell. Now a have a pelvic vault that is only so long. It kinda got sewed across the top with a hysterectomy. So, I know I cannot take anyone longer than 8 anymore because there is no space. That would probably hurt like hell hitting the end of that also.

Navywave...that's called a "cuff" and what I have as well. (Not all hysterectomies performed, are finished up this way...Docs should give you the choice.) It was explained to me, that it only shortens the area by a very small amount...not even measureable...but I have found hitting the edge of such is pleasant...nothing at all compared to hitting the cervix...which, pre-hyster for me...was terror!

Ohhhhh, this is the best thread going! LOL!
Ahhhh, no....you can't "penetrate" the cervix....you CAN however BANG on the door! (most don't have to worry about ever getting that far)
I would seriously dispute the validity of the article you read suggesting that it increases "sensation" in women having trouble orgasming. I strongly recommend at least a good 5 minute orgasm (HERS) BEFORE you go banging on the door, after that....she's not likely to complain if you tear the damn door off the hinges! There's "pain".....and then there's....."ahhhhhhh pain!" LOL!

OP: Clearly, not everyone who claims to be an expert on female anatomy actually IS an expert on female anatomy....so.... Here ya go: From Psychology Today, July 2006.
Pelvic Floor or Vaginal Orgasms
These occur through stimulating the G-spot, or putting pressure on the cervix (the opening into the uterus) and/or the anterior vaginal wall. Located halfway between the pubic bone and the cervix, the sensitive G-spot—named after its discoverer, German physician Ernest Grafenberg—is a mass of spongy tissue that swells when stimulated. Because it's difficult to locate, experts have developed a few guiding techniques:

Lying on her back, the woman tilts her pelvis upward so that her vulva presses flat against her partner's pelvic bone. According to the Bermans, this allows the penis to make contact with the G-spot, simultaneously stimulating the clitoris. Putting pillows beneath her buttocks makes angling her pelvis easier.
Whipple suggests placing two fingers inside the vagina and moving them in a beckoning motion. The fingertips should stroke the frontal vaginal wall, just where the G-spot is located.

Her Benefits
Pain relief: Orgasms help alleviate menstrual cramps. In addition, studies have shown that a woman's pain threshold increases substantially during orgasm.
Enhanced mood: According to University of Virginia researchers, orgasms boost levels of the female sex hormone estrogen, which in turn betters your mood and helps ease premenstrual symptoms. They also release endorphins, the body's natural painkillers and depression fighters.
Increased intimacy: Oxytocin, a hormone that promotes feelings of intimacy, jumps to five times its normal level during climax.
Easier rest: Oxytocin also induces drowsiness. For women, sleepiness comes about 20 to 30 minutes after orgasm. Men, on the other hand, usually drift off after only two to five minutes.
Less stress: Stress in women is highly correlated with arousal difficulties, lack of libido and anorgasmia, the inability to reach orgasm, according to one 1999 study in the Journal of the American Medical Association. Just 20 minutes of intercourse, however, releases the lust-enhancing hormone dopamine, triggering a relaxation response that lasts up to two hours.

From: Pregnancy Resource Center....Charting Fertility cycle:
Cervical Position

During your cycle, your cervix changes position. Monitoring cervical position can help you predict ovulation. Observe your cervical position as a daily part of fertility charting - and you can do this in conjunction with monitoring cervical mucus. Try to examine yourself at the same time every day.

When conducting any self-exam, make sure that your hands are clean. Gently insert one or two fingers into your vagina - and by reaching back you should be able to feel your cervix. During the exam, ask yourself the following questions. Is the position of the cervix relatively low (easy to reach) or high (less easy to reach)? Does the cervix feel relatively soft or firm? Does the opening of the cervix feel open or closed? Is the cervix dry to the touch - or relatively moist - or very moist? Note that the answers to these questions are relative, so over time you will be able to draw better conclusions about cervical position.

Prior to ovulation, during the first half of your cycle, the cervix will feel relatively firm (like touching your nose) and dry to the touch - and the position of the cervix will be low in your vagina (easy to reach). The entrance of the cervix will feel closed. However, as you approach ovulation, the cervix will become increasingly soft and will increasingly moisten in order to create a more fertile environment for the sperm. The entrance of the cervix will feel open and begin to lift. At the highest point, the cervix may be a bit difficult to reach and the entrance of the cervix will increase in size. The feel of your cervix will be softer - like touching your lip. At this point, you are at your most fertile time. Following ovulation, the cervix begins to return to a firmer state and the entrance will begin to close. Also, the position of the cervix will again drop and become easy to reach.

So, there ya go...."and now you have....the rest of the story" (thank you Paul Harvey). The cervix will NOT bleed if you ram into it....unless you're banging a virgin. It is breaking the "hymen" which covers the cervix during the females first sexual act that SOMETIMES (not always) causes bleeding. Even a cervical biopsy causes no more than perhaps a drop of 2 of blood UNLESS there is a serious condition present (like cervical cancer). Also, the cervix has NO feeling. The "pain" that has been described is ACTUALLY caused by jarring the uterus....and if you're a VERY lucky boy...by ramming it into some of her other internal organs, but the cervix itself has no nerve endings (Gawd....as if child bearing weren't painful enough....would we really need hours of having the cervix (which is normally about 1.5 to 2 inches thick) squished paper thin and then dialated to 10 cm. throbbing like a toothache)??? No, not so...the cervix has NO feeling.....it's just like the cork in the bottle.
As the fertility experts will confirm, the cervix does change position during the natural menstrual cycle, perfectly normal. It's just nature's way of helping those little eggs that are screaming to be fertilized be more co-operative with those little sperm that can't read a roadmap. Compare this to when you testes are closer to, or farther from your groin area.

And lastly....as the article from Psychology Today states, the female orgasm does increase her tolerance for "pain", therefore.....like I said.....AFTER she's had a good orgasm...she's probably not going to care if you break the door down....she may even cheer you on

This'll teach the OP to go asking questions about things he doesn't understand. Better that he keep his misconceptions to himself rather than suffer the ridicule of the educated masses.

Ouch, sitting here cramping out of sympathy!!! No no no....

Oh did I mention NO!

Occasional hitting of it during sex is either painful and cramping or painfully pleasurable and let me tell you, alot has to do with where the woman is in her cycle.

Refrain, its not the way to go. Stop looking at porn thats so far out on the fringe that its dangerous.

I have enjoyed it in the theme of fisting but only from knowledgeable partners. And trust me, they have to earn that!!! The last guy to fist me nearly crippled me so its not going to happen again any time soon.

I am an expert of this subject. A women's vaginal is only approx. 5 inches or at the most perhaps 5 and a half inches. Going into the cervix is extremely painful for us women who never had babies. We are not stretched. There is NO pleasure for any woman to feel when a penis goes beyond the cervix. Its just something guys think they have to do. The penis does not receive much pleasure after the 5 inch insertion.

DO NOT TRY TO PENTETRATE A WOMAN'S CERVIX!!! YOU COULD CAUSE AN INFECTION OT IT COULD KILL HER!

I think all those guys who want to stick their penisses in to all the present, future, imaginable and not imaginabgle holes such as ears, under arms (if one puts some pressure as the case with cervix //////////////// such a nonsense ) should be also considered as sex offenders and be reported to the sites where they register them.

ps probably missing some nice olympic scenes was worth this, I mean reading this thread////////////////////////

janalta - While I agree with you that that previous poster did not penetrate her cervix, dont say its can never happen.

I've been ALL over the Internet, and there are those (usually with a medical fetish or in BDSM) that have dialated their cervix to the point of penetration. They use instruments that get larger in size and slowly open it up. While its not my thing and seems quite dangerous, I suppose its somehow enjoyable to them. To each his (her) own...

someone has been reading too many erotic stories lol,lol
every time i 'hit' the cervix, i had to go out and buy jewelry, book a trip, and say sorry, at a fine dinning restaurant, for at lest a month!
i have had 3 long term relationships, and only one would ask the to touch it(the cervix) on the third stroke, , but that happened about 10 times in our 7 years together!
