Girls who I don't know taking photographsPage 1 of 1
I had friends that used to do this as well. With them, if they were interested in the guy, they would go over to get a picture of themselves with the guy. These girls may not be so forward and are taking pics of you in the hopes you come over to ask why. Or they may have a business where they take pics of unsuspecting lads so they can sell them to other men as profile shots on dating sites. Or they could be making porn shots. Who knows....ask!!!
At the very least, if someone is taking pics of you, you have a reason to know why.

Cheers,

A

It sounds like women have to hit you over the head to get you to notice them.

Or maybe the girl could come up and say hello. Hinting is so much wasted effort...just go say hi girls. Its not hard, I swear.

If they are taking pictures, they are interested. Men are funny! They never know when we are interested, unless we just come up and lay a big one on them.LOL!

Then the guy will think the next woman who comes up to him and lays a kiss on him is interested and it will just be a 'friendly' kiss. :)

The problem is the guy never knows because it's different with every woman. There's no defined line for a guy to work with. They are taking pictures still no way to tell if it's interest or if they are just taking pictures to share on some website...

Now what if a guy started taking pictures of women like that? Cops called, arrest? :)

This is a tough one.
When people are out at a club sometimes you'll have friends who aren't near you but you'll see them and take a picture of them. These girls might not necessarily be taking a picture of you. You might just be in the vicinity of their other friends.

This can be compared to how sometimes you'll catch someone looking at you or someone glanced over at you. Sometimes people will automatically think the person was checking them out when in reality they probably just happened to look over or liked a shirt the person was wearing, etc.

The only thing you can do unless it's bothering you is to ignore it. I wouldn't just walk up to someone who took a picture unless you're sure it was of you. If you do go up to talk to someone who took a picture I wouldn't bring up the picture. Imagine saying,
"I noticed you took a picture of me." and the girl saying,
"I took a picture of my friend, you just happened to be standing/dancing near her."

I'm not sure if it's the norm.

The danger of technology is cell phones with cameras. It's almost like "Smile, You're on Candid Camera". The whacky thing is your mug could wind up on facebook or YouTube. If someone is going to take my picture, I would appreciate being asked. Call it old fashioned, but if I want to be photographed, I'll hire a photographer, otherwise, I appreciate my mug privacy.
