Notice: Forums will be shutdown by June 2019

To focus on better serving our members, we've decided to shut down the POF forums.

While regular posting is now disabled, you can continue to view all threads until the end of June 2019. Event Hosts can still create and promote events while we work on a new and improved event creation service for you.

Thank you!

seared tuna......... Page 1 of 1
I lurrrrrrrrrrrrve fresh tuna!! I like it tossed in evoo then crusted with dukkah (middle eastern mix... its soooooooo good) and baked in the oven. Yummmmmmmmmmmm!! Serve with couscous and salad. I also make a pasta dish with it... season and add herbs to some plain flour. Cube the tuna and toss in said mix. Fry in evoo. Add to fresh cooked linguine with chopped rocket and chopped semi-dried tomatoes. Thinking about it... toasted pine nuts might be nice with that! Or sunflower seeds fried in a teeny bit of evoo and doused in tamari sauce... a total fave in my household.
I've just eaten but now I'm salivating????
