heres a great "beer food" you might like.its super easy

take a hillshire farms summer sasauge....or ring bologna......slice 1/4 inch thick then cut the slices in half.........fill a glass jar with them........just dont pack em tight........

cover with cider vinegar and add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped hot perrpers.....around here they sell an amazingly good chopped pepper mix called "hoagie spread".........let it sit in the fridge for a couple days.............goes great with sharp cheese....pickled red beet eggs and ice cold can boil a beef tounge or heart...or deer heart and pickle it the same way.......tounge is very very good this way
